Dear Sir/Madam, 1. I bought a Tech Titan Security Suite Kaspersky (3Devices-1year) and one more(free) at Sri Computer in Low yat. 2. I have a lot of problems with this antivirus. First of all, I have 2 computers that are connected with each other for 3A Accounting System software. Unfortunately, after I installed the antivirus, the accounting software freezes, then I am not able to open the software anymore. So, I seek help from a computer repair technician, he told me that the internet security antivirus will have a lot of blocking. Now, the antivirus is turned off and he tell me to uninstall it. I have purchased it with RM 156 but it caused me a lot of trouble. 3. Furthermore, the other problem is with the protected browser. We are recommended to turn on the green browser to be safe. However, one of my computers opened the yellow protected browser which requires update. But when i clicked on the update, it does not update. 4. Apart from that, the other computers which are able to open the green protected browser have another problem. It shows " Certificate verification problem detected..." which is very annoying and had to open several times. Also, I used to shop for books online, when I want to make a purchase for books online, it did opened the green protected browser but when I key in my details (including my debit card number), I click on BUY NOW, and the browser closed. But there is no transaction happened as I didn't get the SMS and no order was placed. Then, I became worried and confused whether if the antivirus is pending my transaction. 5. Also, it makes a lot of mistakes too. Specifically, the parental control settings, I command it to block websites of certain categories with the exception of electronic commerce. But when I want to buy one of my books (electronic commerce), it suddenly claim that it was a blocked category. This makes me think that it messed up my commands. 6. In fact, it also install Kaspersky Secure Connection into my computer, I cannot find Malaysia anywhere for me to choose. 7. Many things happened and now I'm pending to uninstall or to turn it on. Can you give me some advice? Thank you.
sir I bought a new kespersky antivirus but when ever i update it shows the message unable to update. It updates only 6% and stops, please help me out what to do...

After I downloaded the updates and ran the update on the main menu. It updates the database but it says now that the key is blocked.
