Great video of a tricky line to photograph due to it being so tree lined. I did a few shots from the Marconi bridge on the Sunday which I shall upload later.
Very enjoyable video. You chose some great locations for your shots, but sooner you than me walking through that field of rape- I get a splitting headache just driving past the stuff when it is in bloom.
Mervyn I have not heard of that before, that's a shame it effects you like that's. Thank you for comment and I'm pleased you enjoyed the video, sorry for late reply been on hols.
Cracking collection of footage and interesting variety of traction! Enjoyed watching it. Would be good to see the Peak running, if you more footage still to be compiled and uploaded? Well done for yomping through that field of rape! Nice glimpse of the preserved RT’s and an RM outside the station too.
Cheers Darren for watching, plus your comment which I appreciate very much. Regards Mike. ps I will upload more footage but sadly not of the Peak, but it maybe in my "Unseen" video I will upload from April.
Did I enjoy the field of rapeseed you asked. well Anthony it didn't bother me heath wise, and I think a field of yellow looks very nice but it was a way of getting to a location to get some good shots of this line. This line has very few places the pubic can get to that's why I went in the car this time. All the best Mike.
That's a very interesting point you have made Kenneth, I do like the class 25s but I think the weather played a big part if the visitor numbers were down. Thank you for watching my video. Regards Mike.
AndreiTupolev , what I meant was that guest locos play a big part in galas and that a class 25 isn’t as big an attraction as say another 37 , 47 or a 50 . EOR have an excellent range of diesels which will soon be complemented by a 45 and is a very well run railway . It is my local line and I visit it often .
Thrash and horns were amazing
Cheers.
Great video.
I very good railway that J.
I see what you mean about 47635....looked very smart. Nice locos represented at this small railway. Nice video
Cheers Matthew, pleased you liked the video.
Love the brake van and the Class 20. I believe 20's and 37's can operate together. They both sound similar in operation.
Thanks Mark for taking a look at my video which is much appreciated.
Really nice video.
Amazing locomotives
Cheers for taking a look at this video.
Nice one of the Gala mike good horns to
Thanks Andrew for taking a look, only been there once before. Mike.
You are the man Mike, nobody does it better.
That's very good of you Craig to say that, Thank you. On this line there isn't may location to film from. Mike.
Very good video :)
Great video I really like"Stills" at the beginning. Give me a chance to look at the locomotives see the detail. The countryside is just beautiful.👍👍
Thanks for you continued interest Ron.
awesome
Great video 👍
That's great mate thank you for taking a look. Regards Mike.

Yes Anthony you are so right about this line, not many good places to go. Mike.

Hopefully that 20 stays there long enough for me to see it!!!
I was pleased I got moving down the line, thanks for watching.

Super Video, not many people about.. shame really.
I do believe the numbers were down this year, Thanks for taking a look Mark. Regards Mike.
Well done for finding soem good spots at a line that doesn't have much in the way of publicly accessible lineside views, does it.
You are so right with your comment, that's why I went in the car this time, but there is still a lot of walking involved.
Excellent film, nice to see so many different preserved diesels in one place. Well done, Mike. By the way did you enjoy the field of rapeseed??😀🤓

The poor weather had a detrimental effect on visitor numbers plus I don’t think a class 25 diesel is as big an attraction as say a 37 , 47 or a 50 .

there was a 47. And a 37. In fact, that was a very good lineup.

11:39 Note the headboard for the Network SouthEast Railway Society which I personally placed on the 47
Nice one mate, I do like to see a headboard, and thanks for watching my video. Regards Mike.
