- For Act 3, I had to redo the stage just to get a red ring. It's also the only time I had to too.

Looks like the trick I did at 10:31 won’t work in Ultimate. The game forces you to hit that dash panel.
@Mr Alpaca True. But that means you’ll have to replay the level twice instead of getting all 5 red rings in one shot.

@@andrebarbosa5374 “Came back?” He was always around, but just hardly had time to post content on his channel. Also, he wanted to do Ultimate too, but he’s still waiting for Blind Squirrel to come up with a patch to fix some of the bugs present in the game.

I recently 100%'d sonic generations, currently on my 2nd play through of unleashed. I'll definitely be coming back here when I give colours another try! I finished it on dolphin emulator a while back but I was very bad lol. Very nice playing my friend!

Yeah, it's like if every level is connected into one big level
its like that for a lot pf levels in the game another example is aquarium park 1 and 4 or planet wisp 2 to 3
They were supposed to be one level but they split it up to bloat the game and made the mote blockyvacts that were side missions mandatory to bloat playtime. Didn't work they're still short af

IMO this looks better than Sonic colors ultimate. I guess it’s just nostalgia but this version will forever be in my heart
On the bright side, at least we get to actually own this game on current consoles if we can’t use a Wii or Dolphin emulator.

Used this for Ultimate cuz I got Deluxe Pre Order, most of these were still there but jade ghosts replace a few rings, same place but you use a ghost, thanks for the guide.

Wanna know why the original game is better than Ultimate? Because of one reason... YOU CAN'T REMAKE A MASTERPIECE. Original Colors is considered one of the greatest Sonic games ever. Top 5 easy. It was during what I call the second great Sonic age, after the release of Unleashed.

At 9:48. I redid the stage because there’s an alternate route to get to the goal. This was the *only* stage where I couldn’t get all 5 in one shot.
When I was little I thought Wisps were real!!

I know there’s a mod that can easily let you change the bloom settings on the fly. Not sure if that helps.

Hey dude sick video, how'd you get this game on dolphin? looking for myself
Should be kinda obvious how you load it in Dolphin. But if you’re asking about the resolution, I made it 5x native in the graphics settings.
The trick in act 4 isn't working and I'm playing the Wii version. What gives?
You have to double jump at the right time. Easier said than done, but that’s what it is.
The resolution is eye CANDY.
For real though PLEASE. next gen sonic colorX generations and unleashed on XBOX XAND PS5 with 4k PLEASE

I doubt it, unless someone decides to make one, which actually shouldn’t be too hard at all if you reuse PS3 HUD icons.

It actually took me forever to get that right too. If anything you can always play the level over again to get a red ring you couldn’t get before.

No, only on Wii/DS. I played this using a Dolphin emulator and changed the HUD to a PS4 HUD.

Sonic Colors Have Some Of The Worst Level Design Thanks To Them Being Side Stages Being Main Stages That You Had To Play To Complete The Game And Them Being Play First Time The Main Stages And Them Being Short As Hell/Only 2D
