Hmm... Directly related to FNAF? Other than the GMOD maps, none that I can think of or find with a limited Google search. There used to be one that was being developed. Where one (or multiple) people are the animatronics, and another is the guard. Don't know if it was ever completed, or not. Security Breach had a Hide and Seek mod that was featured on AstralSpiff's RUclips channel a year back. But again, don't know if that was ever completed.
