Availability of benefits may vary by region... What Prime benefit is your favorite? We have found since we don't order from Amazon as much as we used to that Prime Video is the primary benefit that keeps us renewing each year. @@cdavila1142 It's not that people are "making a fuss about everything," it's that the service has drastically gone downhill over the past couple of years, yet the membership fees has gone up. I had Prime for years, but stopped paying the annual fee when I no longer got my shipments when I was supposed to. *Occasionally* I sub for a month if I know I'll be buying a few things that'll make up for the cost of shipping, but I won't do the yearly sub anymore.
Brett, I've had Prime benefits off and on. You've probably made me a lifelong member now.
I've added 3 or 4 I didn't know I had access to.
Upon doing research there were a few I didn't know about. The free games seems cool.

Prime gaming is fantastic with all the free games and content! Make sure to be aware that the Luna games they advertise are only available to play until a certain date and after that require you to pay for Luna to play them further.

Last time I checked, Prime Photos unlimited storage wasn't available in Australia either. As an amateur photographer, this sux.

Here in Australia the price has been jacked up, again, plus there are advertisements inserted into movies and 'TV shows' now.
The advertisements killed it for me. I cancelled.
As long as they don't jack up the price, I will remain a Prime member.

The new $179 price may not be worth it to me because I am supposed to get two day shipping and a lot of time I don't . USPS and Fed Ex are horrible about delays so why should I pay a higher price when they use those shipping services. They used to us UPS a lot and had no issue because UPS is generally on time. Mine comes due end of year so may not renew it.

For over 10 years I paid for Amazon Prime but I finally quit spending the outrageous $139 a year membership fee this past year. I find that waiting until I have $25 or more in an order to still get free shipping and waiting a few extra days to get stuff has been no big inconvenience. This month I am still getting a subscribe and save order because I still pay for a UPS box so I can use Amazon for big stuff but I am thinking of switching to using the free Amazon Lockers that only accept most small packages (and no subscribe and save). Many online retailers allow free pickup at their stores so I could still get big stuff, just not thru Amazon.
You should make a clip showing Amazon Prime Benefits for international users (non US)
As this is different in every country it would be difficult to do.

I’ve ordered some gifts for Christmas however nothing got to my home in 2 days. But and a Big But, Amazing TV is Awesome. I’m going to reduce my Cable Plan and go with Amazon. I have already cancelled all streaming plans. Just Amazon TV alone worth it regardless of any other benefits. I had no idea Amazon TV is this good. I just hope the 30 day free trial is not different than the real Amazon TV being offered. That would be extremely disappointing and I would most likely cancel.
I've had prime for years, I don't understand why the movie selections are separated by free and pay. Seems like prime members shouldn't have to pay for any movies. Some are even old and they still charge. 🤨🤨🤨

I'm a prime subscriber from the u.k and have to pay extra for music and ebooks, don't know if have to pay extra for the cloud storage though. I've used prime gaming and movies a lot
There is a selection of a thousand eBooks and audiobooks included with prime that rotate regularly and also a lot of music, you also get free Deliveroo delivery.

Do you know the only thing about Amazon prime videos they need to add new content or they need to pick up some of the really old movies that we all loved I need to do something because I’ve watched pretty much everything Amazon had that I was interested in a while back who doesn’t like John Wayne movies McLintock bunch of others I mean if you want to laugh in these times we need some good old fashion comedies
Amazon is cutting back on packaging. Pull tab paper or plastic bags. I hardly ever saw a box. And never mind the 2 day shipping. They kept delaying a lot of my shipments. Amazon raised everyones membership fee but they cut back on shipping materials. Bags instead of boxes.

I’ve been a Prime Member since the beginning. I looked at the charges, and I see I’m paying for Ptime Video. Doesn’t make sense - and I still need to rent or buy most Amazon Videos and series.

Whole Foods charges a $9.99 delivery fee on their deliveries same day or not. FYI here in California.
It's good to know that there are other benefits, because I rarely get the actual 1 or 2-day delivery and when they give me a firm delivery date in, for example a week, they've rarely been on time, even for that. So, maybe it's the same with these other benefits; you don't actually get what they promise.
I'm a Prime member and didn't know about some of the free benefits mentioned in your excellent vid. Thanks for posting! You may have also mentioned that there are discounts to the Prime membership based on economic status.

I have cancelled my Prime membership. Most of the so called benefits are of no use to me. The film/show content is bad and now adverts are added. There is very little free viewing anyway. As for their chuck it and leave delivery service…

Why the name change?
Just got tired of it and when people address me, it's best they know my name.
Most of the Prime features seem to be open to Prime Subscribers in the US market and are not available in India. :-). Next time when you are making such programs, you better inform your viewers that, "some of the features / benefits may not be available in your geographical area / markets." :-)

Currently the Prime Membership is $139 up $20 from last year. I'd rather use the family sharing tool and keep one membership for 2 people. Makes more sense.
Many of these might be available to US Prime Members, but not to those overseas who have to pay extra. I'm afraid most of us outside the US will be disappointed. For example, Amazon music is 3 months free, then £8.99 a month.

It sucks royally rhat Prime member still have to pay to rent or buy some movies. Even old ones they charge for. Not only that but the selection of free movies is dismal unless you enjoy oreign films. Ive also noticed that you could start a series only to find out it was only the first season that's free if you want to watch the rest you have to pay. 😡😡

Amazon prime does not offer free shipping. Their pricing is at minimum 3.00 more than other places. It’s been that way since the inception. The timing of deliveries are not 2-3 days. It’s very sloppy compared to when Jeff Bezos ran it. But they do have some good shows and they keep getting new good programs…. So I’m not sure I’ll decide year to year if I keep it.

Prime music got worse. I used to have playlists for most songs. I could buy ones not included. Now they want $8.99 or they randomly play songs somewhat in the same genre. I refuse to pay to get back what I had.

Benefits suck. The 2 day delivery thing is very rarely 2 days, but the worse is there drivers driving the wrong way down our street on a 2 lane road because where he's from that's how they drive. Head on with cars in a state with the worse drivers ever. I HATE AMAZON and wish the US gov would break it up into companies that can be enforced try calling anyone about anything specially their drivers driving.

None of the things shown here are guaranteed or as advertised. From regularly failed on time shipping to ads on all prime video offers. Prime is less valuable than ever. I for one am cancelling. Tired of the increasing cost and increasingly failing services.

Amazon Prime video is a nightmare. Horrible format imo. They don't tell you straight up what your paying for. They also try to sell you movies and tv episodes. Or you can rent them. What are we paying for then?

Brett thanks for the info. 1 year of Grubhub+ free got me excited; until I realized the driver "tip" is mandatory, as is the Service Fee. Don't get me wrong, I usually tip delivery drivers anyway. But taking away my choice is just BullSh!t
