Shane is a part of legendary status. His TNA work was awesome as well. Who can forget his fight with the legendary Raven regarding James Mitchell and the bloody scalping??? Would've loved to have seen him headline Memphis in his powder blue singlet as great mat wrestler and cheater vs "King" Jerry Lawler!!!

    I feel like they really dropped the ball with him. Big time!!!! Beyond that...Shane is the type of guy that I would have had working in
    a Corporate position (post his in his ring career).. WWF lost out on this great talent. He was also one of the most under-rated promo guys in the history of wrestling. Happy to see that he is taking good care of himself. Franchise #1

    Does Shane still not realize that the Dennis Coralouzo radio interview where Dennis said Shane should be trusted or hired by other promotors happened because Paul Heyman was working BOTH of them? Paul wanted the NWA belt thrown down. He LET Shane think it was up to him but worked Dennis into thinking they were doing an angle where Dennis would burry Shane on the radio. What he was really doing was trying to get Shane pissed at Dennis so, Shane would do what Paul wanted him to do.. I can't believe Shane hasn't figured that out.....Those ECW guys really were MARKS!!!!!

    • @roccoz2231
      @roccoz2231 2 года назад +2

      It doesn't end there. Heyman also had Shane thinking that there was a possibility of bringing Ric Flair to ECW for one-off Flair/Douglas match in 1994, which in reality had about a *0%* chance of happening. But to this day, Shane thinks that he and Flair could've sold out the Spectrum back then -- he literally said that in a separate Hannibal shoot interview.

    Good interview. Always like Shane as a talent. I think if he lost the beard and let his hair go back the natural dirty blonde he would look a lot younger.

      @D I look younger clean shaven, too. I'm also 37. I owe it to not smoking and not drinking alcohol.

    I always liked Douglas, but never really saw him as a top guy. Didn’t really see much of his work in ECW though. Definitely going to check it out.

    Sherri was the best female manager of all time but Francine was a great 👍 valet

      You gotta be kidding us. No female manager ever got over like Miss Elizabeth. I think Sherri was second though.
