This is going to sound weird or fake to a bunch of people but it's true. Jake was my Grandpa's favorite wrestler. My Grandpa was a woodworker so always smelled like wood and lacquer. Well as I'm watching this interview, my entire room starts smelling just like the way my grandpa used to when we'd sit down and watch wrestling in his wood shop.

Thanks, nah, I don't get upset at trolls. That's their food and only form of entertainment. Usually it's teens who have to wait until they can schlep it to the library to use a computer who are mad because they don't have anything to do since they only got a Polystation from Santa and someone has colored their book already, so they have nothing to read, either.

Jake the Snake Roberts was one of my favorite wrestlers of all time. I was a kid when he feuded with Earthquake. You have no idea how many kids cried when they believed Damian (Robert's snake) was crushed to death by John Tenta aka Earthquake. Even kids loved Damian the snake--that's how charismatic Jake Roberts was in the ring.

Hannibal does a great job with these interviews, keep them coming. Hope to see Jake work behind the scenes in WWE ( still weird to say that) the business needs to be saved by him (boring). Jake is a true legend in the busy and wrestling in general and I got really emotional when watching the Resurrection of Jake the Snake Roberts not going to lie. Awesome video and interview, I would love to meet him one day.

So happy to see Jake happy and laughing again. He carried such a heavy load his entire life, and somehow, with help from Diamond Dallas Page, he survived to prosper once again. Despite his many trials and tribulations, Jake is one of the most important figures in the history of professional wrestling, and when he speaks, he is full of wisdom. As a journalist, I have written several articles about Jake and DDP. As a recovered heroin addict with 44 years sobriety, I know Jake's struggles first hand, and I am so proud of the hard work he has done to rebuild his life. I salute you, Jake. You have proven to the world that there is always hope. I should add that Devon Nicholson is the best interviewer in the business

I have always been a fan of shoot interviews.Giving the fan the true inside of the business and sport of Pro Wrestling. Told to you by the one who lived it , and all the behind the scene battles and clashes away from the cameras. And the toll it can take on a person's life (as well as their families) ,constantly trying to keep their character fresh to appeal to the fans and mostly to those signing the checks. And dealing with the pains and injuries between matches, and avoiding the long list of addictions to pain medications, and stronger drugs along the way.Jake is a survivor. Thanks Hannibal for an excellent interview.

Jake Roberts, I'll never get bored listening to what you have to say, man. I was a kid when I saw you wrestle in the WWF. After the 80's I couldn't care less for what happened with that company. But I kept tracking the good old days watching things on You Tube or the good old main events like the old Wrestle Manias and so on dvd. And I also watched how you've struggled with your addictions in the past and most important how you fought back and becoming who you are today. You're a true inspiration and I hope you'll keep on hanging there, no matter what challenge blows you in the face. Best regards - Sole (Belgium)

Jake was on of my favorites along with Piper as a 12-13 year old WWF fan in the mid to late 80's. He was the master of the psychological mind game. You're looking good man, good 2 see. He almost looks younger than he did in Beyond The Mat over 20 years ago.

omg, hearing Jake the snake do light hearted imitations of Randy Savage is the best.
I watched WWF/E as a kid. Randy Savage was my fav. But Jake the snake shocked me a couple times as a kid, the way he shoved the snake on ppl, I loved it. This was the golden time of wrestling imo.
