@4:57 you say at higher levels you won’t need pluck of many but it’s still extremely good end game and especially after starting NG+. Having the relic where they all copy your powerful attack is crazy. A level 4 charged heavy with your huge modifier and the spirit that increases damage in area, it applies to them all. That’s a oneshot build right there too And it leaves room to use other spells and transformations compared to spellbinder
I was only thinking about in a single playthrough but that’s an excellent point if your on a NG+ run then it’s gonna be extremely important to use everything you got in order to do damage. Yeah I have seen thumbnails about one shot builds and after I had slapped for the damage I did. I could figure out ways it could be done pretty quickly
Gore-eyed daoist is good too but the “pools” of poison are more like puddles and the enemies are somehow never in it, but he places down a staff the buffs attack and damage reduction, so theoretically its could be tripled damage if all things are working together
The pools of poison!!!! Yes I noticed I ended up changing to the scorpion prince and just getting the poison bane instantly when he is maxed out. This build was cute but now that I know what I know like you said if everything works together it’s great.
I might of missed it, but I guess you aren't using the Venom Daoists gloves? They allow you to keep the set bonus, and they infilct poison bane whenever you land criticals. It makes it so they are almost always poisoned, which means you can get the poison state triggers off of the spider or centipede staff. The NG+ staff has the highest crit rate, but no poison state procs.
No I never had them. Because I slapped the hell out of him and never hit his arms on his back when I fought him. I didn’t know that was something you could do.
