Thank you for showing night time as well. Many ENB's look absolutely stunning at day, but fail to present a decent picture at night. This made the decision easier. ♥

@@GildyBoye You have the best ENB comparison because you show day and night at the same time. Rudy is my favorite but wish night wasn't so dark. Berserkyr is still my favorite overall. I thought Cabbage was better but after looking at your video, Rudy is better.

Haha sorry buddy, I meant to do it ages ago to be honest. Try out an ENB manager, fairly handy for swapping.

I hesitate between Dark Ages and Cabbage. Will try out Dark Ages first since it's in the autoinstaller and Cabbage isn't.
Bjorn dark ages was better than I thought. Rudy is my favorite by far, but dark age is very interesting.
@@metasamsara Cabbage should be in the installer. Manual install is too complex, but Rudy is my favorite anyway, but wish it was as bright as Cabbage at night or in the dark.

Picho looks like a better rudy. Always went rudy but installer said picho works better glad i chose it. But i feel any enb would look amazing with the mod pack.

my go to tends to be bjorn, but rudy is looking nice. did you install any of the other requirements listed on the mod page, or did you just download the two files and install? Nolvus already had most of them, but I wanted to ask!
It is the basics of the ENB, set by the Nolvus install. That would include the weather patch for bjorn, and reshade.
@GildyBoye which of the bjorns do you prefer??? I like them all using dark ages atm but the og initially is the one thar got me back into skyrim a week ago

Pi-Cho looks nice, I feel like Bjorn makes everyrhing too shiny and bloomy.
Rudy is a nice mix between the too though.

I have pi-cho but i am not sure if it affect update in 2024 cause night time too dark, seem it wont let me adjust it. I see in your video it is so perfect! How!? lol
The same happened to me with pi-cho.
Pi-Cho is extremely dark.

hey bro, I'm new to the modding scene, but how did you get the stone and stuff to have parallax effect and what texture pack did u use? Thanks the vid btw
This is the Nolvus modlist, it uses several overhauls to towns and roads. I personally use Pi Cho ENB
PI-CHO for the win. Better parallax of ground. Rest look flat.

I seem to be having better performance with Bjorn than Rudy, although that seems to be against the consensus. It looks better and runs better for me.

What reshade are you using with cabbage
Does anyone know which is the most performance friendly ENB? Trying to get a few more frames out of this mod, I have a beefy PC but have a 120HZ monitor so am used to a lot more frames and smoothness than what I'm getting now.
Rudy and Cabbage are the lightest with Pi-Cho and Bjorn being the heaviest.
@@GildyBoyewoah wtf. I had the opposite effect on my old GPU for some reason gtx 1650, lower frames in the open world with Rudy than pi cho, wonder why

@@GildyBoyei have a 4070 and was wondering what preset you use for Nolvus. I wanna download the Ultra preset but that recommends a 3080ti, do you think I should instead go for the performance preset that recommends the 3080? How many frames do you usually average?
I cant find the bjorn white wolf enb, could you lend a virgin modder a hand?
It used to be included in the Nolvus auto installer and the creator had his own discord or something, idk. ENB creators are in their own weird class of making their stuff obtuse to find because of arbitrary things. I dont use it and don't particularly know where it came from.
Is there any point to self mod your skyrim with lists like novlus available?
Yes. I personally use Nolvus as a basis, and modify it heavily myself.

I’ve got the regular picho on my nolvus. Can it be swapped and is there any significant fps drops on any of the ENB?
They can be swapped with an ENB manager/manually. There can be FPS drops depending on your PC specs

Pi Cho gang myself
I dont think this is a fair comparison of the enbs, you need to take them in different weathers and lights. Example cabbage has "raytracing" so days are brighter andyou can say sun reflections, but rudy dominates on inclement weather thanks to its background fogging. I personally prefer cabbage because my eye sight is trash in dark scenarios

@@GildyBoye Pi Cho is great for realistic graphic, better lighting effect, but Rudy is great for fantasy graphic. I think Pi Cho would look great on a big screen TV. I regret choosing Pi Cho because of how dark it is. Wish I had saw this video yesterday before I chose Pi Cho instead of Rudy.
Im wondering, what graphic setting that nolvus offers did you take? The ultra lod?
I used the Redux preset, customized by myself and upgraded parts, like generating my own LODs, so on and so forth.

With these specs can I enjoy the modlist and if I can which variant I must use?

Certainly won't be able to run Nolvus with those specs. No idea outside that buddy, maybe try a WJ list. Might be your best bet.

@@karthicprakash8277 Honestly buddy your specs are pretty low.. Maybe JUST ENB with some minor mods on a low end WJ list might be doable for you. It's hard to say really.
@@karthicprakash8277bro you cant be serious thinking a 1650 can run anything like this. You need atleast a 2080 super for novlus. Im getting 40-70 fps depending on the area with a 4070 5800x3d.

Likely Rudy and Cabbage are your best bets for the lower impact.

well...im half way through my installation and can see I've picked the wrong ENB lol
If you go into the Nolvus discord there's a few links to guides to show you how to replace it after the fact if you'd like.
Skyrim Modding in a nutshell: *Looks like a whole different game. Still plays like Skyrim* XD
Surprisingly Nolvus adds a lot more depth with combat due to dodges, animations, etc. Def still has that skyrim edge for sure though.

Everyone certainly has a personal preference, I'm a fan of Pi-Cho myself.

For me Bjorn dropped my fps significantly outdoors, no impact on fps in interiors, i switched to Rudy and it boosted my outdoors fps significantly, haven't tried cabbage or pi-cho yet. I am on a pretty mid-end rig. My only problem with Nolvus seems to be the dodging, as it doesn't work at all, any other animation mod works perfectly.
That tracks on ENB. Bjorn is quite heavy.
As for the dodge issue, sounds like you need to apply order and make sure you have the key bound properly. Make sure you head to the Nolvus discord if you need help.
I was using Bjorn since a friend said it looked the best and it did look really great, but on max settings on ultra variant I was only getting like 50-60ish fps outdoors at 1080p so I was super confused.
@@GildyBoye It wasn't the order, it was simply my controller messing the dodging.. seems like you cant have a controller and dodging with Nolvus. I unplugged it and using a keyboard and mouse without the controller attached, dodging now works no problem.
Don't get Pi-Cho, it is FPS intensive.
Will ENB be available to console players in the future 🤔🤔
I'm not the developer of ENB stuff but if I was to wager, probably not no. First off the hardware draw is quite heavy, in addition to the fact console might not have the relevant software to use the ENB binaries.

Unfortunately performance can vary depending on your PC specs. Some are heavier than others.
Pi-Cho and Bjorn are heavy
Cabbage is fairly light
