18:40 I just feel that even though our mothers are younger than our fathers (usually), still their physical limitations are more because female body changes after giving birth. It's a lot more complex process to adapt. So I have also seen my mother's health depreciating after having me, women in general are so occupied with home and job that they don't concentrate much on their health. They should make their health a priority. ♥️ Any opinions are welcome
