You are right the inflation is worldwide. My coping mechanism is to remind me that this extra item that I was not planning in buying is a want & not a need.
When my siblings send their list of things needed from Nigeria and include cost, it would seem like they want to scam me😅 but they ain’t like that. Omo Nigeria govt really need to surge out this high hyper inflation rate, I can’t even imagine how low income earners are coping!

God is our strength...Thank God for bulk buying and my little pop corn machine that I saw on your channel I quickly bought it then cos am a fan of popcorn and cornflakes...now no more cornflakes I buy my corn and pop as much as I can...then buy more of dried fruits and dry alot of pumpkin leaf, bitter leaf ,scent and store for quick use in case I go to the market and vegetables are now in thousands....I make simple drinks like ginger drinks and simple fruit juice instead of buying ooo ..I love groundunt.... I just buy the fresh one and fry it with salt... very tasty....For tomatoes...I now do tomatoes stew once in a while and support with carrot stew and sometimes I do vegetable stew and pepper soup for rice....God will surely help us and it will surely end in praise.
