Me personally Amon should have been at the top of the list just simply because he can remove bending which is a ability that only the Avatar has had in amongst the villains in Avatar there was no villain that chilled me more than Amon I know they usually say that when it comes to a series the next enemy in line is the stronger but I don't really think that counts when it come to Amon who could have soloed the Red Lotus with his powerful bloodbending and even the metal bender even the final enemy of Avatar Legend of Korra Avatar Kuvira would not have stood much of a chance against Amon . In an avatar The Last Airbender let's just say Amon Would have soloed the whole series.
I love Long Feng and Hama! The thing that is lovable about Long Feng is his voice only (Yeah lol that only). About Hama, it's her backstory and her voice also that I find very intimidating. She's a bit insane in a nice way and to think that Hama was able to have a toe-to-toe with Katara especially when Hama is an old lady at that time makes her a formidable opponent. Would love to see her in her prime (I don't believe that her old age is her prime since it was shown that Hama already learned how to bloodbend in her middle ages so yeah).
