re: criston and alicent, olivia did say in that recent interview that alicent realized she didn't actually enjoy all that the moment they first had sex, and spent the rest of the season trying to scrub herself clean of that experience. meanwhile criston is still fully delulu even in his suicidal ideation. Its so interesting

Blood Raven calls Broom a Traitor from The future....There's Daylight in the scene with BRlood Raven in the cave he in...there's no light in the cave beyond the wall so that's not when he gave him self to the tree...Also we see Bran/Summer or at least from Summers view when we alproach the White Walkers
What if in season 3 they show Rhaena trying to claim sheep stealer and Nettles shows up (already claiming sheep stealer) and befriends Rhaena and maybe shows her how to claim a wild dragon (grey ghost) 👀👀👀

I think Daemon may have mistaken Daenrys for Raenyra in his vision which made him bend the knee to her. Now she believes that she is the chosen one and they all will kill the dragons and innocents for the crown.
Another great stream, love when you all on regular. PS find it hilarious when you talk about someones death and awkwardly say spoilier :D - pretty much everyone dies in this, no real happy endings, GOT basically spoiled that :D
It seems like the show runners put a lot of effort into making this show. It’s truly amazing the amount of detail and CGI that they’ve managed to pull off! It reminds me a lot of the first two seasons of GoT. The intro to Daeron is similar to how they introduced Stannis, speaking of him in other characters dialogue of season 1 before viewing him on screen in season 2.
Maybe instead of the ww they could have shown the wall from above, going farther north while darkness covers everything while a heavy snow falls.
Maybe Helaena will suffer Maelor's destiny on the dragon pit when the people of KL goes there. Maybe she will try to save her dragon and wont be able to.
In regards to Ulf's lack of table manners and etiquette, it does fit with his Flea Bottom upbringing, but it's also one of the things Rhaenyra hated about Nettles. They may be splitting her character traits between Ulf and Rhaena. Just give me Nettles instead of giving bits to other characters who have their own quirks.
At least Alisha gave it 7.5, that I suspect was very generous of her. How the hell can you give 8 and 8+ with a straight face?
I think that haif of this season is the result of the writer's strike. Especially Deamon's and Alicent's arc. But 8/10? No way.
I understand them. They're fans of this IP. Thus will be much more forgiving. I however am baffled by Alisha saying this was made for book readers? How? Nettles cut, Daemon and goldcloaks not being the reason for Rhaenyra taking KL? They legit gonna have Alicent open the gates and hand Rhaenyra KL? LMAO. I'm a book reader and IM UPSET UPSET that they changed SO MUCH. S2 Daemon is nothing like S1 Daemon let alone book Daemon. Character development my ass. Character development is a gradual process. This was character assasination. He was a very patient tactical military leader and they made him look like a bumbling fool all season. The focus is too much on Alicent Rhaenyra that it comes across as soap opera.
I only dislike how we only really see syrax & ceraxces everyone else is real quick in flight . Minus sea smoke in season 2
I think if Helaena does ride Dreamfyre she will get Nettles part of being disturbed by the war/death. Her mind will be broken.

Alicent thinking Daddy said Rhaenyra would have to kill Aegon may be true but Aemond is going to kill EVERYBODY including Aegon and Helaena. Tinfoil: Aemond pushes Helaena to get someone else to ride Dreamfyre creating mad Queen Allicent
I doubt she would have felt compelled to kill any of her half siblings If they didn't challenge her claim/usurp her throne. That's something Otto put in Alicent's head and she then made her children always feel seperate from and hate their half sister and her children.
I also believe Aemond will be the one causing Helaena's death somehow.

Y'all are seriously acting we would of gotten so many things in GOT if Ryan Condal had done it... just because he dyed some beards! And completely ignore that he has changed everything from the books & cut out an entire character & dragon, so he could merge the wrong person with sheepsteeler! And this is why they get away with disrespecting books & source material. Cuz everyone wants to excuse it & rate it way too high! Ryan Condal can kiss my ass! It gets a 4/10! The whole season can go in the garbage!
I have read the entire main series five times now, not counting listens to the audiobook. The entire season was a dream for the book nerds like me. For the first time Asoiaf was represented correctly on screen. You have no idea what you are complaining about if you think they dropped the ball.
@@pyramidion5911exactly yes it may be messy but he does better with the magic then d&d who hated lore and magic which is a huge aspect of the characters like bran and dany and it’s why things was ruined from the start
