Battery installed. Waiting on troller delivery. Can’t wait.
@@Flyingdutchman239SH right on, won’t regret it 👍
You and Mike have it going on. A review video that Rocks.
Keep it up, ĝuÿs.
AWESOME!!
@@michaeltaylor4984 thank you 🙏🏻 👊💥
Lithium is the way to go. Great video. Enjoy those fish tacos!!!
@@davesauerzopf6980 thanks, these batteries should be standard in troller motor installs. Crazy they are still putting in lead acid.
Nice setup! I didn't have the courage to put a lithium in mine yet, so I'm still using agm. Half those mangoes look like juvie Cuberas. There are a ton in this year, and it took me a while to realize what they were.
@@worminizer1 courage? Whats your hesitation?
Solid review. I'll be buying one of these soon and replacing my four year old Dakota Lithium 63ah. BTW...nice mangrove snapper. Perfect eating size.
@@panamacitybeachbum i’m sure that Dakota four years ago was pretty pricey compared to the price of this one now with almost double the power. Definitely a game changer!
@@SaltyStrikes I ordered my Dakota Lithium online and paid with my credit card.
Months pass.
I am unable to get any support from customer service.
Thinking it was a scam, I notified my CC company for a return of my money.
The CC company eventually got my refund.
Three weeeks later, the Dakota Lithium was delivered to my home.
Once again, I tried to speak to someone with customer service as I wanted to pay for the battery.
i phoned them. No luck.
I emailed them.
No reply.
I don't know how a company can stay in business like that.
Can you imagine trying to get warranty if it went bad?
In the end, I tried to compensate them, and was unable to, so I got a free battery.
Im starting to like seen you two together.
Cool review one thing I would suggest with all of my years as a Marie mechanic those chargers they pretty much tell you aren’t meant to be hooked up all the time they’re not waterproof you would be better off with like a noco or a power pole charge style . This may not last long with charger installed perm.
@@brian1715 our $45 charger has been just fine for two years in the boat.
@@SaltyStrikesthat’s awesome ! It’s so happy to hear lithium becoming better and more available at a more affordable price for everybody such better technology for the trolling motor
First.😊... thanks for the battery bro
@@JETTIEROCKSFISHINGwithMIKED anytime 💥👊, hope ya get lots of use out of it, I’m sure you will!
I think that if you look closely you'll see that your battery display has tabs on the short edges that will let you just snap it into the hole, provided that the hole is the right dimension. Did it come with a template, maybe? Installations like that usually do. I'm not familiar with any of those fish you caught, but if you like 'em, I love'em!
@@mrhalfstep those tabs would be fine if i stalling into something thin like sheet metal but the fiberglass is to thick for it to get a grip, it would have just fell out.
@@SaltyStrikes I understand your point. I've had to work around that issue myself on instrument installations. You didn't mention the tabs, so I wasn't sure you saw them. I'd just hate to see someone pass on this setup because they thought the company hadn't given any thought to how to install the meter.
Great video! What is the overall life compression to lead acid? I assume the lithium will out last lead acid batteries by a couple of years. But not sure.
@@fishsean2568 some lead acid you’ll be lucky to get 3-5 years out of, especially here in florida. Lithium expectancy is 8-10 years.
This battery looks promising. How good is their support if something were to happen? Are you still using the Enjoybot battery on your boat?
@@TomyTekOutdoors so far they have been on top of answering my emails, they seem very enthusiastic about there product so hopefully that resonates with customer service. I still have the EnjoyBot in my boat and actually have a massive EnjoyBot video coming out soon, it should be pretty awesome.
@@SaltyStrikes thank you for sharing that. What is the best way to reach them? I couldn't find their contact information on their Amazon page. Enjoybot has a website with their contact information, but Repower Flow doesn't. This makes me lean towards Enjoybot, but Repower Flow has a nice 36v 100Ah that's in a case. I'm not sure if I need a 100Ah battery. Do you think 65Ah would be fine for your application? I appreciate your help.
@@TomyTekOutdoors I emailed Repower Flow for answers concerning contact info, hopefully hear back from them soon.
We didn’t choose the Repower 100ah in the case because I thought it would be too bulky.
As far as 36v 65ah vs 100ah, yes 65 would get you buy, thats still more power than three 12v 100 lead acid. I rather have more than I think I would need. Never wanna run out of juice especially if the bit is hot.
Actually working on an EnjoyBot 36v 65ah review video, should be out fairly soon.
Does the battery perform well offshore also?
@@Flyingdutchman239SH twice as well as 100ah lead acid, two of the four trip he did were offshore
What about the fire hazard with lithium batteries ?
@@waltdorman1100 your thinking of Lithium Ion, these are Lithium iron, plenty of articles out there showing they are as safe as lead acid , well actually safer because they don’t off gas.

@@joraanma26 where ya surprised? Definitely a lot of power in these lithiums!
@@SaltyStrikes I really was . Like you said all these battery should bring all that stuff . I have two 200ha/12v in my RV but they come with anything now I need one for my boat new trolling motor and im going to look for that.

5200 too strong -- try 4200 -- display will not last forever like 5200 does!!!
