@@SaltyStrikes I ordered my Dakota Lithium online and paid with my credit card.
      Months pass.
I am unable to get any support from customer service.
Thinking it was a scam, I notified my CC company for a return of my money.
The CC company eventually got my refund.
Three weeeks later, the Dakota Lithium was delivered to my home.
Once again, I tried to speak to someone with customer service as I wanted to pay for the battery.
      i phoned them. No luck.
      I emailed them.
      No reply.
I don't know how a company can stay in business like that.
Can you imagine trying to get warranty if it went bad?
In the end, I tried to compensate them, and was unable to, so I got a free battery.

Cool review one thing I would suggest with all of my years as a Marie mechanic those chargers they pretty much tell you aren’t meant to be hooked up all the time they’re not waterproof you would be better off with like a noco or a power pole charge style . This may not last long with charger installed perm.

I think that if you look closely you'll see that your battery display has tabs on the short edges that will let you just snap it into the hole, provided that the hole is the right dimension. Did it come with a template, maybe? Installations like that usually do. I'm not familiar with any of those fish you caught, but if you like 'em, I love'em!

    • @SaltyStrikes
      @SaltyStrikes  3 месяца назад

@@mrhalfstep those tabs would be fine if i stalling into something thin like sheet metal but the fiberglass is to thick for it to get a grip, it would have just fell out.

@@SaltyStrikes I understand your point. I've had to work around that issue myself on instrument installations. You didn't mention the tabs, so I wasn't sure you saw them. I'd just hate to see someone pass on this setup because they thought the company hadn't given any thought to how to install the meter.

@@TomyTekOutdoors so far they have been on top of answering my emails, they seem very enthusiastic about there product so hopefully that resonates with customer service. @@SaltyStrikes thank you for sharing that. What is the best way to reach them? I couldn't find their contact information on their Amazon page. Enjoybot has a website with their contact information, but Repower Flow doesn't. This makes me lean towards Enjoybot, but Repower Flow has a nice 36v 100Ah that's in a case. I'm not sure if I need a 100Ah battery. Do you think 65Ah would be fine for your application? I appreciate your help.

@@TomyTekOutdoors I emailed Repower Flow for answers concerning contact info, hopefully hear back from them soon.
We didn’t choose the Repower 100ah in the case because I thought it would be too bulky.
As far as 36v 65ah vs 100ah, yes 65 would get you buy, thats still more power than three 12v 100 lead acid. I rather have more than I think I would need. Never wanna run out of juice especially if the bit is hot.
Actually working on an EnjoyBot 36v 65ah review video, should be out fairly soon.
