Unless you want to fully beg daily for jobs, don't come its not the same as it was 5 years ago. Life is extra hard.
It's hard for those who don't know meaning of hard work. My suggestion stay away from such negative people.
You must strictly avoid ON and BC situation is worst there, go for Winnipeg if not for part time job you can get a comparatively easy pr.

Inflation is everywhere!
All countries have heen affected by inflation in the last 3-4 years.
Before the pandemic Canadians enjoyed near zero interest rates for the last 20 years that kept prices of things under control.
Now cost of borrowing is sky high, that in turn leads to high prices. Which will be shocking to a normal human being who has enjoyed for the last 20 years.
Me, as a finance and economics student, understands that every country in the world goes through this cycle in a couple of decades.
It might never come back to near zero interest rates again. Or maybe it will take a couple of years at least.
But that doesn’t stop me.

Besides Indian stores, you can get some items cheaper from Chinese grocery stores. I saw a few Indian workers in Oceans located in Mississauga. Korean and Japanese grocery stores tend to be more expensive.
