      Continental?

Most coaches will advise Continental grip on both sides. *No grip change!*
At 06:00, he says there is a grip change for the backhand volley. So his backhand volley is most likely using a Continental grip. Or possibly an Eastern backhand grip. Both grips are acceptable... As for the forehand grip, most coaches will advise a Continental grip on both forehand and backhand. But I find that Continental grip for forehand volleys feels uncomfortable. On forehand volleys, I prefer a grip *in between* Continental grip and forehand grip. And the fact that he says there is a grip change on backhand volley suggests that he is not using a Continental grip on the forehand side; an in between grip shaded towards the forehand.

@@Better_Call_Raul Yes, I asked cos he mentioned a grip change on his backhand.
It seem that this Tennis Doc doesn't reply!

@@rcycI found the answer in the live chat. He is using Continental grip on forehand volley and then switches to an Eastern Backhand grip for backhand volley.
