I can attest to the ride quality being damn good. Rode with him to the LMR cruise and I was impressed.
Great video Chris! I’m about to start on this myself.
Man I wish this kit was still available the newer coilover style is expensive af
Great explanation! I'm really looking forward to Ridetech's new suspension setup.
Great video! I really like the thorough explanation of how air ride works!
Great video! Thinking about doing this to one of our stangs.
Another great and informative video! Timely for me since I've been wanting to put on on my GT, and now I have a better understanding of the how's and why's.
Very cool setup, great explaination how it works, like the way you the switches & gauges were setup, and where you installed them. A very nice retro look.
Another great video, thanks again for posting the informative content.
You're welcome!
Perhaps it's a generational thing but I don't get airbags. Wouldn't you want to set the ideal ride height (for the street), scale the car, dial in the springs/shock settings, and enjoy the handling?
I have other cars that are dialed in for that. This car is a street cruiser! With that said, you may want to look into newer air ride technologies as you may be surprised on how some air setups can perform and not just be for form...
Awesome video love the set up you have I one day like to do this to my fox I learn a lot from you videos one day I hope to have this set up
I love how detailed your videos are I have two questions one does air bags affect the size of wheels you can put on your car? Second have you done a 4 to 5 lug wheel conversion video?
No impact on wheels if you have this setup. The air strut version may limit you though. I did a 5 bolt conversion video years and years ago but should probably do a newer one with the coyote swap project.
Do you need to worry about the alignment on the front wheels when you raise and lower the car?
You get your alignment at your desired "driving height"
Nice setup..mine is so different. I have 325/50/15s in back with Steeda Weight Jackers for height control.
I love the look and would love to do something similar on my car. Does the front airbag work on a stock k member and stock a arm? Would you mind sharing the Firestone part numbers for the front and rear bags? Many Thanks!
Nice job explaining the air suspension. Whats the best shock spring setup in your opinion for a lowered "daily driver"?
That's a loaded question man! Might want to check some of my other suspension videos!
When did you get the lift ???
I really don't feel bad about my trunk area in any of my cars now 🤣🤣🤣. Just giving you a hard time.
All good
Hope you had something else holding up the car like a jack stand when you had your head in the wheel well. Those hydraulic jacks can fail as you know.
How many Km are miles? 10,000 km? Huh what to us Americans lol
10,000km = 6k miles
Bro I love your content but you gotta stop talking so much no one wants to hear your voice that much in your videos but please more contact
