You don't actually have to use the entire git hash in commands that require it. The first eight characters or so of the hash are usually unique enough.

And also i can push and pull and to all the stuff in my github. Why the git commend is not working in bash?

There is a standalone terminal called GitBash, maybe you need to get JetBrains to use this one instead of your current/default one?
