Started with your series when I started learning Spanish myself little more than a month ago. And I have to say, you set the basics of Spanish incredibly strong for me. Whenever I learn new stuff, I visualise the chart automatically and place things in order. If I'm able to actually "speak" the language more or less, your role in this is enormous. Thanks a lot once again❤
Hello Dr. Danny! Thank you for being my first Spanish teacher. I've watched all 140 videos, thank you for providing me a solid foundation of the language. Definitely will re-watch the videos if ever I forgot something.😂 Looking forward to more episodes.
Watching from Texas. Struggled with being dedicated to learning a new language in the past, even though Spanish is very familiar to me because of my location. Your videos have changed that completely. I've been through about 10 of them and am completely hooked and determined. Thank you so much, please never stop.
Your videos are always so helpful! Could you please do videos on verbs that mean multiple things in different contexts? Like encantar means delighted, but I've seen it being used in other ways. It rather throws me. Thanks!
You´re a big curiosity to me. I started learning Spanish as a honkey, Irish-heritage hick from South Carolina, who never had a foreign language interest during Covid. Then, at 55, May 1st 2019, I said, time to upgrade my network engineering skills, do an at home University and foreign language? I´ll do Spanish. Seems useful. 2 years later, 5+ hours per day, I´m going to Spain in August to test out my C1 level fluency. I discovered my soul is Spanish, my tongue is Spanish, and my heart is in Málaga. I´m also a self-taught engineer, oil painter and novelist without a college degree. So, my man, tell me. I see the artwork. I´m digging the love of Spanish and the channel. I hope to find a brother with whom I can share Spanish and Spain and Ireland. I´d love to know one special thing about you: I´m an Astrologer. What´s your sign? Not everyone casts their sign in their face and it takes in person to see it when it´s not obvious. I´m guessing Virgo or Capricorn but, I don´t know.
Dude you are like my soul-brother, and I can relate to what you just wrote. I am also self-taught everything, and also a self-taught painter(a portrait artist to be exact as I specialize in painting and drawing faces), did 3D CAD architecture on the computer for engineers and architects, all self-taught, and am now learning Spanish. I am Leo Sun, Leo Venus, Leo Mars all those within the house of Capricorn (10th house).

Thank you from India! I really love Spanish and it's one of my dreams to be able to speak and write Spanish! I just found you 3 days ago and you are doing a great job. You are the best teacher for Spanish I have found all over RUclips 😇 I'm an architect , I would wanna visit Spain some day, I watch your videos while working and whenever I get free time. It's nice to study a new language! Good job sir!
The name of the colour is actually "naranja". Anaranjado is something that has a similar colour of an orange. Same with "rosado". The colour is "rosa".
this is the best page hands down :) I was wondering how many language's do you know? also could you do an episode on how to role the "r,rr's" for us English speakers, or anyone which is having trouble to role their (r,rr's). And what's the best way to train yourself.....thanks for being the best teacher and making it so easy to follow... :):):)
I wish you could take the word and break it down so that we could prnounce it easier. Love your videos! I feel other viedos go through their lesson to fast or maybe it's just me since this is new to me. Best teacher on here Thank You!!!
Can you please make a video on the difference between imperfect progressive and preterite progressive?? I see people on internet saying that the preterite progressive is rarely used and that they mostly use imperfect progressive but I see videos of teachers insisting on the difference between the two and that it’s wrong using imperfect progressive for the most
I hope you will start doing comprehensible input, since this is the best way to learn spanish. :) Just have videos where you only speak spanish in different levels. No subtitles, no writings, nothing. Just speaking.
As a native English speaker would say baby blue etc..., There's an equivalent term for the lightest shades of the primary colors. The term is pastel (cake) for example. Azul pastel Rosa pastel Amarillo pastel Rojo pastel Etc...

As native Spanish speaker I had never heard of someone saying “Naranjo” for the color, for me that is the name of the tree that grows oranges, in Colombia we use “Naranja” for feminine and masculine nous (Esa casa es naranja, ese carro es naranja). You need to paid attention at the gender because for some colors there is not masculine version, “Violeta” for example doesn’t have a masculine version “violeto” DOESN’T EXIST
Do you agree with The Language Tutor that naranjo is used in South America for the color orange? I thought that it only means an orange tree and can't be used as an adjective. Like, "the orange dress" would be "el vestido naranja (or anaranjado)" but I've never heard anyone use naranjo in this way.
Mostly, 99% of the time. One exception I can think of is índigo, e.g, la falda índigo (the indigo skirt). But not those that end in A, they always end in an A, e.g., un lápiz rosa (a pink pencil), el gorro naranja (the orange hat), el vestido violeta (the violet dress), un zapato púrpura (a purple skirt), el crayón magenta (the magenta crayon). BTW, I don't agree with The Language Tutor that naranjo can be used as a color, it's meaning is an orange tree (a tree that grows oranges). I've never heard it used as an adjective.

I see this is lesson #127, if I wanted to download all the lessons in chronological order how do I manage that/find them? Thanks
In South America, we don't normally use granate; however, we understand what it means. We normally use "marrón".
Do you agree with The Language Tutor that naranjo is used in South America for the color orange? I thought that it only means an orange tree and can't be used as an adjective. Like, "the orange dress" would be "el vestido naranja (or anaranjado)" but I've never heard anyone use naranjo in this way.
So are the colors that end in an “O” always able to be swapped to an “A” if switching to a feminine noun?
