Germany vs Spain is gonna be something else, it's a shame that the two best teams won't play in the final
To be the best, you gotta beat the best.
I'm german. But i guess Spain will win easy against us. I just hope our team fights.
Just like the last Euros, Italy v Spain was for me the real final.
I can see a close game going to extra time or a 4-0 thrashing of my team (Germany).
@@w0lfgang2812I'm from Spain, I hope we see a great match.
Spain is the best team so far
They don't rely on a single person to score goals, everyone scores
Spain is an absolute menace.. They play devastating scintillating football ☠️🔥
"Attack, Attack, attack, don't let them rest" that's their new Tiki-Taka .. They can keep and defend all at the same time.. Like a complete team 🇪🇦🔥
U watched the game😂😂
That is because it was against GEORGIA. Spain is very strong from the middle up and they are brilliant in the front with Yamal and Williams but Le Normand and Laporte are CAMELS back there and Simon is a COLADOR. Musiala is going to have fun with those three back there.
This is how barcelona ahould play against teams that park the bus .
@@curtischarles5299I’d be surprised if we don’t do this after appointing hansi flick and potentially signing nico williams. Flick wants to attack at all times no matter the result.
@@pendu.papaperez yes I expect this type of play . Flick has a more direct style and also plays a 4-2-3-1..so pedri as he number 10 with yamal and nico on the wings. I think barcelona will be very different now
Fabian Ruiz is underappreciated. He’s been very clutch for Spain with 4 g/a’s in 3 games and should be the contender for player of the tournament. Everyone else will grab the headlines, but Fabian has been equally as crucial for his country.
Absolute baller who can defend as well
Playing with PSG is not the same. He plays with great players, he can show his talent.

Portugal had 21 shots on them with their B team well 9 players of 11 was b teams
I know but the way they was attacking minded and wasn’t frightened they was fast on the break that’s they are a far less team than England

This win was gonna be tougher. They did what they had to do.
Props to Georgia, they came with a clear game plan but unfortunately for them, Spain is just on a whole other level 🔥🇪🇸
THIS is adaptation to new football. I understand the tiki taka identity, but the ability to adapt to new ways of playing to help the team is what is making this Spain team so powerful. THIS is fun football, I can watch Spain for days
Thanks from Spain ❤
Tika taka can still work, it just can't work if the pace is not very fast and there isn't always someone able to hit the goal post very hard consistently! Spain's defensive vulnerability as shown from Georgia early in the game and lack of finishing strikers has always been Spain's biggest problem since 2013!!
@@sab-vl4jg They scored 4 goals today and could have been more had it not been for Georgia´s goalkeeper. No need to have just 1 striker, when there are around 6 players who can score.
@@latinonic1 Not that I'm trying to discredit Spain, I like the team too! But Spain had their chances because Georgia got fairly tired defensively towards the end of the 2nd half. I'm certain when it comes to playing against tougher opponents it's not always going to be the case like that!
The adaptation to the players you have, Tiki Taka with wingers, where LB and RB create the superiority in the middle
Fabian ruiz and rodri are perfect midfield duo😊😊
I just miss Gavi
Pedri should also be mentioned. He’s among the players with the most chances created even though he was always substituted after like 50-60 minutes and also didn’t play one match at all (against Albania). People are undervaluing him.
As a neutral Spain are the best team to watch play proper football 🙌🏽
Spain deserves to win the competition..
Thanks you from Spain
That's not how it works. Most favourite sometimes never gets to the final no matter how good the play. 3th or 4th favourite usually end up wining.
They have to get to the final and win it…..
They deserve it but a bad team can also undeservingly win it. Example 2016 and 2021
They need 3 more wins
Fabian Ruiz, Pedri and Rodri give Nico and Lamine the ability to express themselves. the only goal they've conceded was from Le Normand let that sink in. This team is scary

The fact is that Germany doesn't match up well with Spain, at all. How do you think Kimmich is going to do with Nico Williams?; I'll spot you a clue, about as well as he did with Vinicius in the Champions League.

IMO it either will be a close game going to extra time or a thrashing of Germany. We are not on that level at the moment although we are improving bit by bit. It’s going to be a great game however.
But then they move the ball so fast around. There will be spaces for yamal or even Morata to exploit, or someone like fabian ruiz, olmo coming centrally and then Rodri can shoot from outside the box. Too many threats.

While i put Spain as a close favorite, you should never, ever countout Germany, especially when they play in their own backyard.
Whoever will win it, will also win the Euros.
It'll probably end up being a tight 0-0 draw that gets settled on penalties 😅
Naaaah, the game of the Tournament was already Spain vs Italy.
Watching England first and then seeing the Spain game shows you how far behind England currently. They are lucky to be on that side of the draws.
Well, Spain is the real country of football, and had the best national team in the history of football. 2008-2012
Spain are absolutely the real deal right now and while the EUROs it’s so open, they’re genuine contenders to go all the way and win this tournament despite having to play against Germany a strong team in the quarterfinals and this is gonna be an impressive match up between 2 of the best teams of the tournament so far who if they were in a different bracket they would meet each other in the final. Even after they conceded that unfortunate own goal, we all knew that there was only going to be one winner. Georgia deserve credit for how far they’ve gotten in their first ever major tournament and they managed to get out of their group by beating Portugal and they should be proud of themselves for getting to the RD of 16, the reality is that Spain right now are just too strong and they’re going to be a difficult team to beat especially when you have almost everyone in top form and this bodes well for any team and manager.
They took care of business as they’re supposed to do and ended up winning the game convincing because yes they had issues breaking down their deep defensive line and they were taking a lot of shots from outside the box, once they found a way, they were so comfortable and they made things look so easy. Watching this team, they’re literally the complete opposite of England who rely on individual brilliance and extra time to be beating teams they should be winning against easily and obviously it’s a major tournament and winning games is the most important thing, the difference between the 2 teams is that Spain are much more dangerous and lethal and they have so many different ways to punish teams and they’re gonna take some beating. Their playing style is no longer reliant on dominating possession and Tiki Taka football as they now boast wingers who are exciting and skillful even though when they play opposition like Georgia you expect them to have the ball and try to create chances while the other team defends for majority of the game and find their opportunities to hit you on the counter attack and they tried to do that even though it didn’t work. They’re playing against a strong team in the next round and the matchup between Spain and Germany will be the game of the tournament and whoever wins that game likely wins the EUROs unless I’m wrong.
This all rigged for England . I see them doing what Portugal did in 2016

Probably good for Spain to have conceded the goal and the lead. Remind them to not be complacent, as a goal can come from anywhere when you least expect it.
Georgia is the first team who scored to Spain on this tournament... and may be the last. Spain is enormously strong team and probably the next champion.
Bueno el gol contó para Georgia pero lo metió España 😂
actually georgia didn't score because it was an own goal from le normand😂
España tiene equipo y fútbol para ganar la Eurocopa y... ☝️🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🏆
Just like the UCL, the most interesting game will take place in the quarter finals. I'm rooting for Germany, but Spain is frightening!
The difference between Spain’s young wingers and England’s is in the intention and the aggression. Nico and Yamal immediately look forward to attack with the pass or the run or the strike… while Foden and Saka and even Kane look unsure of what to do. Always looking back. Always taking too long with the ball.
Spain may have found themselves another golden generation… frightening.
The problem with Spain is that, in the few occasions the opposing team crosses the midfield with the ball under control, it always fells like a goal chance. The defense is suspicious at best and the GK is a ticking-bomb.
Good thing is that the German defense is equally poor.
They are easy to beat on the press. I see through their whole plan. They anit going to high press team with better starts like France or Germany. Germany is winning that midfield battle. Yamal have one move and that is to cut on the inside and cross or play the 1, 2. Their midfield is not good. Georgia could had been up 3 goal I the fist 25 min if they had ball career like Kante, witz, musiala or greezeman. Spain back like is trash and they don’t have a good striker. Rodri ain’t shooting from outside the box on Germany and yamal ain’t getting past that German defense
Germany's defence definitely ain't poor tf u mean
@@xxiamlostxx_dreams_7916 I mean exactly what I said. Germany's defense is porous and shaky. Any 2 vs 5 from Denmark the other day felt threatening.
@@brandonjablasone7544 What are you on?.
Spain are so nice with it.And that's because they play as a team.England has the same calibre of players with zero chemistry and they also lack a sense of direction in their game courtesy of their coach.
35 shots is insane , i dont see how spain is losing against germany in next match , spain is just too good
De La Fuente aprendió la lección de los errores de Luis Enrique en Qatar 2022.....; Luis Enrique un seleccionador que su egocentrismo y orgullo le impedía aceptar consejos y reconocer errores
Pedri wasn’t at his best today. But man, the guy is a genius. Iniesta-like.
He will not be at his best as long as he plays that high up. He’s a controller, not a 10. He needs to play the way he played in the last Euro: deeper. Limiting a player like Pedri with such an high IQ and vision, and composure on the ball is a crime. He should switch position with Fabian Ruiz since Ruiz obviously wants to shoot more. Pedri could control the midfield better.
No where near the calibre of Iniesta
@@bluebagel8084 I agree. But he’s still very young. The potential is there. He’s genius.
@@bluebagel8084 Where was Iniesta at Pedri’s age? If injuries hadn’t negatively impacted Pedri’s development, he would have been on another level with his potential and talent. Pedri is the player closest to Iniesta’s style in this new generation.
Injury free, he will easily develop into the ebst midfielder in the game , the way he can control a game is Xavi-esque , he's still young , ppl forget that Iniesta wasn't as impressive in Pedri'a age but once he crossed that level he never stoped being world class , Pedri has a great future
Spain has a great midfield to help their attackers, England's midfield is so bad...they simply dont have good midfielders that can keep the ball
Spain have zero midfield. The German midfield is more balance and the French midfield is set up for counter press. Spanish midfield is open play but very sloppy and it’s easy to break their pressure. They’ve been playing small team
@@brandonjablasone7544 I don't know what you are watching but Spain as a great midfield you watching something else
@@brandonjablasone7544 Rodri the best midfielder in the world today is there and Fabian Ruiz and Pedri too.
Spain is my second team after argentina
Lamine yamal is better than saka and foden easily. Lamine has literally started his first professional season at 15 and is arguably barcelonas best player from the past year. He has been arguably the best right winger in the euros so far. Deep this one season in his senior year and he’s after making comparisons to him and the best players in the world look silly. This kid has made a better impact to the game than Ronaldo and Messi at the age of 16 easily, imagine when he learns to put the ball in the back of the net like Messi did. We’re watching the next best thing ! Mark my words he’ll outshine Vini, mbappe, Kane in the next two seasons. If he can make an improvement on his finishing, in my opinion he will, within the next 2 years he’ll be the best player in the world. I seen Messi when he first broke through and lamine is younger and better than what I seen in messis first year. Lamine will bang in goals at some stage I’m telling you he’ll be the best player we’ve ever seen !
Spain vs Georgia since last year 14- 3.
France and Belgium fucked up the bracket by finishing runner-ups in their group. Had they finished top as expected, the brackets would’ve been balanced.
Bueno almenos tendremos buenos partidos por un lado del cuadro 😂
Both needs to thrown out in r16
France does not look serious in this tournament.
Spain won a game, Georgia won our heart❤
yes bro long live georgia ,atlanta, united state! 💙❤🤍

For once, ESPN did not sh***t on Spain. I really hope they win the tournament because they play nice, do not calculate and do not panic.
Lamine Yamal is not of the same generation as Saka & Foden. He'll get there in 8 to 10 years' time. He's just at their level if not more 10 years earlier...🙆🏾♂️🙆🏾♂️
He's so good it's so crazy no one notices this 😂😂😂
The fact that people who've been pundits for years don't understand how betting odds work is beyond me and they should be fired immediately
What do you mean?
Dont compare english players and Spanish players. Spanish players are tactically better than grumpy english players
The assist of Lamine Yamal to Fabián Ruiz was insane and he is only 16
At least Spain play good game then each others Masters of the League.
They treat Georgia with the respect to showcase full power between them, which is good lesson for their future rival.
Nico Williams, lamine yamal incredible super talent young, cracks, Rodri is the best meedfield in the world, is the perfect meedfield. Super first goal
Germany and spain should be the final
Congrats Spain 🎉
The key players in my opinion are Cucurella, Fabian and Rodrigo. They are the biggest asset of the Spanish team tactically speaking. I specifically like Rodrigo's leadership, I think commentators don't talk enough about him
Congrats Spain Euro 2024 CHAMPIONS!!! PLAN THE PARADE!!!!
Rodri is the difference. Foden doesn't have rodri in england like he does in city. Nico and Yamal are playing slightly better than they do woth their clubs. Rodri is City's and Spains best player. If Spain win the Euro he should be a Ballon Dor top 3 finalist
It's shame UEFA rigged one side of the bracket of knock out stage
King Charles III paid them
They didn't,we saw the brackets before the tournament even started
Maybe UEFA paid a lot of money to the football boards of France and Belgium. Both of them underperformed and ended up on the side of the knockout bracket they were not supposed to end up at.
@@eL--RaL Why you crying Indian boy? you do know England doesn't rule your country anymore right?
Totalmente de acuerdo
Spain very impressive
Spain scored six goals in this match against Georgia, one for them, another disallowed one for Spain and then they won scoring another 4. I feel that if they beat Germany in their next game ( Spain are not going to make it easy for Germany) and if they win this match, Spain could win this tournament and as a Spaniard im very proud of. What our national team has achieved so far.
The thing that worries for me against Germany is going on Penalties against them. No one has been able to beat Spain in last three tournaments except on Penalties. Hopefully after winning the Nations league on penalties, they have more experience.
Still baffles me after all these years that someone hasn’t bought Olmo
He‘s a bit too injury prone.
Fabian ruiz is enjoying his football
I get the feeling that the Germans have stage fright of the Spanish, ever since that Euro 2008 final in Austria and Switzerland, or the semi-finals of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Every time a German club faces off against a Spanish club in the Champions League, they know they are inferior, that they do not have that mystique that only Spanish clubs have (the most successful on the continent). For example, Real Madrid vs Borussia Dortmund in this year's Champions League final, or Barcelona vs Wolfsburg in the 2022/2023 Women's Champions League final.
They are afraid of losing at home, in front of their fans. The same as Brazil at 7-1.
We Germans are not afraid of nothing and nobody The only team we could fear is Italy and they are knocked out unfortunately.
Spain 🇪🇸 look fantastic favourites for me
Yes we have 2 French born ( all their lives are been in Spain) but you French and England have Half AFRICA WITH YOU

Listen, Craig. They don't have England's history with all the negative energy slash burden that entails. They also don't live on an island in a sort of cultural echo chamber.
I am Spanish and you have no idea, until the 2008 Euro, Spain was like England, it never met expectations. It was not until we got rid of mediocre technicians like Javier Clemente or Camacho and the arrival of Luis Aragonés, who ended the Madrid-Barcelona wars that we had our golden era.
Our press is equally or more toxic than the British one.
Yes, they do, lol. And living on an island means nothing when the Internet exists.
All games of Spain are a joy to watch. Thanks for bringing the football, unlike England
The answer to why the Spanish get the most out of our players is because we also have the best coaches. Simple answer.:)
Stevie Nicol telling you "Good Luck playing against those two". You know they are the real deal. Yamine and Nico .
One more reason, La Liga >> PREM!
Vamos España🤩🙌👏💪🇪🇦
Spain look really good. Enjoyable to watch.
There should be a single match competition after the euros against copa America winner.
I wanna watch Spain v Argentina
Georgians know how to play checkers very well. It is much more difficult to play the chess that Spain played
