  • In Fishing, you try to catch as many tricks as possible over eight rounds, with each card you catch being worth 1 point. You then use your caught cards for the next round - and if you didn't catch enough tricks to fill your hand, you'll draw fresh cards from the ocean stack, which will introduce new cards for you fishers to fight over.
The game is designed by Friedemann Friese and is for 3-5 players, it takes 40-60 min. and is for the ages 8+.

Hello. I am looking forward to this game once it is released. I am a bit confused on one of the buoy cards. It is the one where you take all the cards from the trick and leave the buoy card. I still don't understand the order of how to pick up the cards after the trick. Can you explain it again or please clarify? Thank you.

When all players have played their card, then the player that played the buoy card gets to take all other cards and the winner of the trick only gets the one buyo card.
If one or more zero cards have been played, then cards are activated in the order they were played. This could end up in that the winner of the trick get no cards if the buoy card have been played and after it a zero card, then the buoy card is activated first only leaving the buoy card and then the zero is activated taking the buyo card. Hope this clears it up for you ;)
