    Good explaination. Question.... can I use the Kiosk to start a form (Forms) and prefill it with the customer data... maybe before I visit the customer and collect order specific data?

    Thanks Tyler - this is really helpful - I would like to understand how a user could go backwards in the process e.g if they realised they made a mistake?

    Thanks for the overview Tyler - much appreciated, you looked flushed! Hope you're well.
    For a longtime we have wanted a Wizard / Blueprint Hybrid - that crossed modules for onboarding clients through the 'Fact Finding Process' - it looks like this could be the first step though it looks a bit clunky - and could do with the ability to loop or free flow the paths like Zoho Flow or CRM wizards to really get there.
    One thing I wondered about your approach though; when you have a deciscion where it fits or it doesn't my automatic approach would not have been to 'martha stewart' it and reverse the first critera - I would just let everything that didn't fit run default..., and if we need other options later I'll add that path then ... but I'd love to know what I'm missing that makes that a bad idea?

    Thanks a lot for your super helpful videos! on this topic, add a field and merge with a field in the module - am i correct that this does not work for Pick List field? Would like to use a picklist for a decision but it won't let me merge with the module.

    The power of the Kiosk is diminished by not updating the record in Zoho. I was hoping to use it as a data entry process, capturing important in the Kiosk and updating a Deal. I can't seem to do that without writing a deluge script. Is the correct?

      Hi Brian - you are correct! Unfortunately, you do need to use Deluge script to update the records via Kiosk. We do have another video that shows exactly how to do that here: ruclips.net/video/WqC0SQg4TBs/видео.html

    Is it possible to have both blueprint and kiosk configured in the lead module? or does one exclude the other?

      It's definitely possible to have both on one module! You'll just want to make sure that there isn't much overlap in the two processes being managed so that you don't have conflicting workflows.

    Great video, thanks! just one question. Part of my Kiosk flow is to review Lead information (e.g., Leads coming from a webform) and then proceed to fill in some other details from Picklist fields. I noticed that Kiosk cannot grab the content of Picklist fields (i.e., it is not possible to "Merge from module"). This happens regardless of whether I select a Global or a Local picklist option. What is your recommendation in this case?

      Hi Eduardo - Tyler here. This is one of the tricky things about Kiosk. Technically, the fields in the Kiosk are totally separate from the record fields.
      So, you'll need to create the picklist within the Kiosk itself, and use a Deluge function to update the Lead with the chosen data.

    Hi Tyler, does Kiosk have the option to search data in CRM? let's assume that I am in Leads and I wish to search for specific data in Contacts. is it possible?

    Screen fields condition @17:47 doesn't have operators like > or >= as it did with Current Record. How do you check if a Screen field value is greater or less than a number?

      Hi LearnWithBoth! We were able to see the number operators (>, = etc) when using the screen fields. You will need to make sure that you'd added number-type fields to get them to show up (ex: Currency, Number)

    The tool is an absolute waste of time. If you use the 'merge field' thing, you would expect if you update it during the flow, it would then update the record at the end. It doesn't, you just lose all that info... waste of time.
