Thay very much for this insightful Video.. Here is my question please..In the donation module in the CRM, there's a rate or amount field. Can we not map this to reflect a received payment in our accounting records in books? And how do I create a donation items in book to properly track those donations records, now that we can only sync the Account and Contact module?
