Right before you went out you took a very high level of Vit D. I think it hit your system, and shocked you. Thus, you lost balance, and fell. Isn’t there a way you can take a daily 5000IU amount? It’s not natural to hit your body with that amount. It’s also why you suddenly had a hot flash.
As sallam alaykum Hopefully you werent too banged up from the fall. Just wanted to comment on your vit d supplementation and i hope its okay to do so. I was on a prescription high dose but found when i switched up to taking 10,000IU a day with the co factors (k2 and magnesium) did my results dramatically improve, Alhamdulilah. Im not sure which youre taking but D3 is more superior than d2. Also k2 is best taken as k2 vital or mennaQ 7 where the ingredients in it contain olive oil or coconut High dose d3 requires k2 to help better absorb but more importantly keep the calcium out of the soft tissue and into the bones where it should be. Secondly, high dose d3 depletes magnesium which is an extremely extremely important mineral/electrolyte. Lastly, im glad youre taking your d3 with fat to better absorb it since its fat soluble .One last thing, its really important to do a 3 month blood test to check to monitor your levels because vitamin d supplementation can become toxic after a certain point and dangerous. Like iron too much or too litte isnt good. Also important to test for hypercalcemia when taking high doses of vit d. Once you get to optimal levels, one can scale down on the dose and just take a maintenance dose. Mine is around 4000iu each day and roughly works out to 30,000 a week. I havent seen much meat in the way of protein in your grocery and im curious as to why. Makes me wonder about your iron/ferratin levels. In sha Allah khair. I mostly take fish because the meat in Türkiye is mostly *nyama ya kondo* so I prefer fish or once in a while chicken. In sha Allah we will find out once I do the check up.

I take D3 10,000ui everyday with vitamin K2 mk-7 because of the calcium... You might want to ask about that though.
