Ingredients
750 g chicken
First marination-
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp thick yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2nd marination-
Whole Spices-
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp heaped coriander seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
5-6 cloves
1 tsp black pepper corn
4-5 whole red chillies
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 small onion
1 medium size tomato
4-5 green chillies
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp butter
OVEN SETTING: preheat the oven to 250°C for 10 minutes.
Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray and place the tray close to the top of flame..
Grill the chicken for 20 minutes by turning the pieces half way through grilling ( 10 minutes on each side ).
