In Aker BP, approximately 50% of our production volumes are produced through subsea infrastructure. We collect and use real time data gathered from sensors and scans for monitoring, analysis and decision support. The digital twin of an equipment or a system uses data from many data sources to build a digital representation. By adding real time data to the digital twin, we can quickly uncover potential operational issues to be investigated further.
