I had the same issue with the gun. Another thing I noticed was the neck swivel on the bot was super tight. I didn’t even attempt to turn with the Headmaster in.
I’m all about Mindwipe, not so much the other headmaster Decepticons. I like the headmaster on this toy though, and enjoyed admiring it through your review.
Cool! Always a fan of Weird Wolf. Still have my G1. Have Hasbro’s Titans Return update. For Third Party I have CHUG scale one… Fans Project maybe? Cant remember.
I have and love Dracula and I want to get a kind of Mindwipe vs Brainstorm theme going on my shelf when Fanstoys does a (hopefully) Rebirth Brainstorm. I kind of want Lupus but I don't 200 USD want him. And if I got him I'd have to get Slullcruncher too.
I finally got to order a new left hand because of the re-issue. Mike, I like to slide mine in later. Mike, his neck does rotate around so he could be sniffing the ground almost
Glad to see the color of our Lupis chest piece was similar to my copy. All the early reviews I saw had a more Taupe color on the "metal" and when mine arrived I was a little worried.
My reissue Lupus had a lot of oil in the hand causing the weapons to keep popping out...once I got all the oil out the weapons hold in fine...might be the same issue you're having...
I just received mine and upon first transformation, the left forearm panel broke on me. Snapped In half. It appears to have been to tight. Fanstoys is already sending a new part, just be careful with transformation. Might want to lube it it loosen a screw.
@@tydiriumhanger1320 the part that turns the head is a disc mine is jammed solid so if you put the head in and forced it you will brake the head off the head master
@soundwave6769 that disc is just a snap in part so you can flip the assembly to expose the bat head and there are areas you can push through to pop it out. I had the same problem and measured it with calipers and it was out of round being larger in one spot, I had to sand it and now it works perfect. I did try using silicone and using an allen wrench to break it free and rotate it a bunch, but it was too far out and never worked til I sanded it.
Lupus is serious and can cause joint pain, fever, skin rashes and organ damage. Seems ominous but this figure was causing many some collectors discomfort due to the secondary market prices

Mine was tight also but still turned but slowly

Yep just some ball joints made the figure much better

Yep they made some smaller ones back in the day I still have the Brainstorm until we get Make toys

That is so cool Fanstoys does that

Yep it was a change from the first run but not by much
Waiting for mine, got shipped to an old address and returned. It’s on it’s way to my correct address. I’ll be glad to have the team, without Zarak.
Good to see you will still get the figure. Moving sucks

That could be an issue I need to check that out

Fanstoys is notoriously overly tight with the joints. Thanks for the heads up
Mine too but on the right side...
It’s not sold out in most places
I saw TF source still has him
Does the neck break like FT Dracula (Mindwipe) reissue?
NO the neck is pretty solid. What breaks on the Mindwipe?

@@stevecriscione1567 do i have to remove the batt head off the mushroom peg as mine wont bloody budge at all
I don't think you can class a figures head as an "accessory". They kinda need those to see and junk.
True LOL
9:59 Bronze.
The only issue I have about this is calling it "Lupus". With countless names that the company could use, this was the one they decided as the best.
