What are the rooms like, staying here next August and I’ve read some bad reviews about some of the rooms, the pool areas and the food

I don't know about the rooms but the hotel's common areas look fantastic.

The hotel is incredible. Stopped there 5 times and going back in November. This is a 360 video i did of my room when i was there last year.

They are all worth a look as is st Eugene opposite the temple bar.enjoy.
