Was there recently, great hotel and the roof top areas are superb great views and plenty of space to sunbathe. The plunge pools are not heated though but still good for a quick dip. I used the spa a couple of times and that was nice. Staff were freindly and couldn't do enough. Looking forward to returning soon. Nice Video Tez, Thanks, lynne.
We stayed for a week in October. We didn't find it a fantastic hotel, although we didn't hate it. Main problems were the food was rather bland, and the initial room we were given, 245, on the ground floor was absolutely awful, like it was an old storeroom that had been converted into a bedroom. We were moved to the third floor at the front of the hotel, and the room itself was decent if quite dated decor wise. Its main problem was directly overlooking the front entertainment area which was very loud and the rooms offered no sound proofing at all. The quality of the acts varied wildly.....a couple of times they were quite gold, but a couple of times they were also quite horrifically bad 😂 but they went on until at least midnight so you had no choice but to listen to them!! However the staff we encountered were absolutely delightful.....helpful, pleasant and chatty so no fault there. Is it the 4 star jet2 advertised it as? No. Its very dated interiors don't match that rating. However they were functional and clean and I suppose that's all that REALLY matters. Not bad, but not great either
Hi I am sorry you had a bad experience with the hotel as for the food we only had breakfast it was the same standard as you get in many hotels and I could not comment on the evening meals.
Nice and helpful video of the hotel. About to book a first time family trip to Tenerife. Narrowed choices down to this hotel or the Isabel. Travelling with 2 kids aged 10 and 13. Any recommendation?
@@tenerifetez2104 thank you. I read in the comments that noise from the entertainment at night can be heard til midnight, is that true, as our kids would be in bed by 11pm each night.
Hi please look on the play list and you will find the room review and a breakfast review, we did not have the evening meal so I can not help you with that.
To be honest quite expensive to stay here personally it has been said needs an update soft colours wood beach feel better quality teas coffee food flumes splash for kids huge ball play for evenings kids play for hours and this establishment could go far many recommendations 👍

To be fair there are some areas which would benefit from major restoration work but as a hotel we thought it was ok.
Yes about 15 times in 2 years I stayed
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
