Could you help me? I have my drone with Velox 2808 1950kv motors but they get very hot and my drone turned off twice. Do you have the ESC configurations that you can share with me? I would really appreciate it. The ESCs I use are Hobbybrother 60a.
I am running the 'best perf for 5" settings' on the ESC (BL_HELI32) - ie: 24degrees timing, 24MHz PWM and 30% ramp up power - I am running a TMotor 55A and not had any issue with temp till now. Hot motors could be a sign of too long motor screws (make sure there is enough clearance not to touch the motor coils) - could also be PID tuning not adapted to your build (lower the master slider)
