Some people are hyper critical. The stylist has no control over what color the clients hair was when she got there. She also has no control over the ponytail color which looks like hair she got at the hair store and was already colored not a bundle she colored on her own. The stylist did her job and the customer was satisfied so it's all good.

The only thing about it was the color didn't match to the tea, but it matched for the most part. The hair and her hair matched with shine too

In all honesty, someone mentioned the 4C texture of this young woman's hair. Her texture has nothing to do with a poor hair color choice. Her color obviously washes her out and the ponytail is half a shade darker than her hair color. She should've had the hair pre-colored to match her hair by the stylist.
