Obviously there are a few exceptions, but overall we have quite similar opinions. I would move Jewel and Sheryl into perfect, bump down Meena, Gabby and Karma into good and bump up Skyler, Daphne and Mila into into Good. Whilst I might not like all the fashions, I can usually overlook that if the doll is pretty enough to make up for it or has at least 1 good outfit. I do think Cheer Sunny should be placed much higher (along with Skyler and Rubys) but I absolutely understand where you're coming from. I'm not a fan of the whole uniform thing either. I'm also intrigued why you think Skyler is overhyped? I love her but all I ever tend to see is comments that she's boring.. Krystal I think is great BUT could (and should) have been so much better! Textured hair (Crimped, Braids like Vanessa or an Afro) would have made a huge difference along with better outfits. They've done afro puffs on her junior doll which is a huge step in the right direction but her outfit is awful! Look forward to part 2 to see if our opinions stay similar or not xD

I think compared to other cheer lines, rainbow high definitely took it up a notch with the personalization of each fit. I mostly want them for that aspect. Also, ngl, I was a huge sucker for the monster high sports line (not the cheer squad line), so seeing a monochromatic sports line made me super happy
Been looking forward to this one! Holly and Laurel are so boring, like they're pretty but the epitome of doing the least with a great concept. The cheer dolls I personally wouldn't rank equally- well most of them I would but then I have **slightly** better feelings about cheer Ruby and cheer Poppy. I straight up bought Daphne nude secondhand because I didn't like any of her clothes (I think I mentioned how she reminds me of my grandma lol.) It's a shame they didn't do something more creative with her. Emi is legitimately one of my favorite dolls, but I wish they had picked literally ANY other Moschino reference to make. I sold her hoodie and she lives happily in her second outfit. I still don't own Gabriella, idk something about her face I really don't like, and her overall style and some of her pieces I don't gel with, but her shade of blue is sooooo pretty and I'm still trying to find someone to sell me just her sweater so I can put it on Kia. Honestly? The show makes me like Bella even less. Like actually if you want to save money by disliking certain characters the show is worth a watch because I easily pass on Bella, Skylar, and Violet almost always. It's funny because I actually know almost nothing about designer clothes...with Emi I had to be told it was a designer reference. With Daphne I know the "style" of designer enough and know RH uses that as inspo so I could kind of piece together that's what happened to her...but if you wanted me to tell you what brand she was based on? No clue at all. Not to go on a tangent but I honestly really don't like a lot of designer brands on principle, hence why I don't follow them/know a lot. Some designers make beautiful, unique things and they are spared from this complaint. But other, bigger names make really objectively ugly products and charge a ludicrous amount of money for them because of their name and I think it's gross 🫠

You know, you're talking here about breaking up the monocromatics with some of these dolls and I had the same reaction when I was looking at the Victoria Whitman doll. She's so pretty, and I kinda can't stop thinking about her, but I wish they'd at least made the flowers white. She looks totally flat with just that singular shade of peach. It's a little sad, because she's adorable. I'm also vibing with your review of Skylar. Blue is my favorite color and I I absolutely ADORE her hair, but I haven't liked any of the clothes I've seen her in so far. They're just jeans lol. Even her recent ballgown, which is like, really? It's such a cool design, but they could've picked literally any other fabric. It worked on the Forever Bratz Chloe doll, but RH just hasn't eaten with that look yet imo
I ended up with about 20 RH dolls so far... I was not that keen on them to start with at all. I don't even know how I ended up with so many! They grew on me slowly. Some have been bought second hand and 3 found thrifting. My favourites are Meena who blew me away when I first had her, Georgia, Karma. I also like Avery, I love dolls with wigs and she looks so cute without. Krystal's colouring is gorgeous and her hair amazed me when I first had her. I agree that her outfits could have been better. I quite like the Cheer line. I have found 3 of them thrifting. Cheer Jade is very pretty, I wish I had her full outfit, so cute. I also love Daria. I never liked Daphne. I don't like her clothes and many of the Daphnes I have seen in shops look mean lol. I love her face mold on Natasha so much more, it does not compare. I like the winter break dolls too. Sunny is too cute in that line. I would have liked to have WB Poppy and Violet too but it is too many dolls. Miss Icely is on my wish list and the lovely Lila too. All the Jewel dolls I have seen in shops had so many defects that it somehow puts me off wanting her. I don't like her jewellery very much. I find it tacky. I like wave one Skyler. I did not notice that everybody likes her but I heard many people saying how boring she looks. I disagree! Phaedra is my favourite of the PC girls. Mila Berrymore= Perfect 🥰 Her & the twins....OMG.... Veronica and Naomi Storm....💜🖤 I think a lot of the ones that bomb are exquisite BASE dolls, they just need a more complimentary outfit. I was a die hard MH fan, still am, but I've actually been buying Rainbow and Shadow High girls because they're stunning complete, OR they'll BE stunning when I redress them. 👍
I’m surprised about the Olivia rodrigo Mila thing because I don’t think she looks anything like her. She is my favorite from that line because she looks like a medieval punk queen 😊 I love medieval stuff so that’s why she is my favorite from this line.

I think I just kind of feel bad when I know a character has been received well and I'm not a fan 😅 Like I know my ranking will disappoint a lot of folks. also just when a doll's base is so pretty but I don't like the clothes I feel bad ranking them low, as though I'm offending the doll itself haha. I resisted getting any RH dolls for so long but eventually I succumbed and got Daria Roslyn because I saw her on sale and I really liked her colours. I find a lot of the clothes choices questionable - they seem to dress much older than they are meant to be and some of them in clothes which I could not imagine that many young women even wanting to wear because they look so old and unfashionable. I also find some of the fit of the clothes on the dolls to be quite bad. Like you mentioned, the base dolls are lovely but sometimes that just isn't enough to make me want to get them. I have gotten a small collection of RH dolls since I first got Daria and I really enjoy them but I feel no compulsion to get every single one of them.
I definitely could never complete the collection! There's too many that I just don't care for as much haha. Definitely quality/fit issues, very varying styles too. I honestly always forget that they are meant to be in high school because some do look more mature 😅

As someone who isn't a fan of RH at all, I would honestly put 99.9% of the dolls in overhyped 😂😂 They really just don't appeal to me for some reason, but as always, that's not a problem! Just means I have more money to spend on dolls that do appeal to me 🤣
Honestly, I feel the same way about Rainbow High. Yes, I can tell these dolls have great quality and are well designed, but they just feel so bland to me. I feel I'm just a fan of more concept theme dolls such as monsters, aliens, etc.
I was not a fan of RH dolls at all either at the beginning. They grew on me slowly. I do appreciate them now. I agree that the line is overhyped. This overhype phenomenon can be exhausting!
Karma is one of my favorite, if not my favorite RH doll of all time. People really hate on her, and her midi skirt… but I don’t see it, she’s fucking stunning. I also think Bella is overyhyped. Not a big pink doll fan tbh.

I collect Shadow High but two Rainbow High dolls I love are Emi Vanda and Delilah. I love hoodies. I don't mind the bag on it. But I like Moschino and their fun designs I love the Clueless clothing but I don't really like Sheryl as a doll. I'm thinking of just buying the clothes. I hate that big Amaya. I don't like dolls that big and her design is boring.
I love green haired dolls and when I saw that one was coming out with emerald colors I was excited. Bit I just hate her outfits. It's not my style and it's just such a disappointment for me because she has my favorite hair color and I love the representation of her skin tone and vitiligo but I would never buy her because her clothes really put me off.
Maybe secondhand someday so you can redress her? It is hard with RH that if you don't like the color it's very hard to like the doll 😅 Or even better maybe they'll do more vitiligo rep with a different color!

I ended up with about 20 RH dolls so far... I was not that keen on them to start with at all. I don't even know how I ended up with so many! They grew on me slowly. Some have been bought second hand and 3 found thrifting.
My favourites are Meena who blew me away when I first had her, Georgia, Karma. I also like Avery, I love dolls with wigs and she looks so cute without. Krystal's colouring is gorgeous and her hair amazed me when I first had her. I agree that her outfits could have been better. I quite like the Cheer line. I have found 3 of them thrifting. Cheer Jade is very pretty, I wish I had her full outfit, so cute. I also love Daria. I never liked Daphne. I don't like her clothes and many of the Daphnes I have seen in shops look mean lol. I love her face mold on Natasha so much more, it does not compare. I like the winter break dolls too. Sunny is too cute in that line. I would have liked to have WB Poppy and Violet too but it is too many dolls. Miss Icely is on my wish list and the lovely Lila too. All the Jewel dolls I have seen in shops had so many defects that it somehow puts me off wanting her. I don't like her jewellery very much. I find it tacky.
I like wave one Skyler. I did not notice that everybody likes her but I heard many people saying how boring she looks. I disagree!
Phaedra is my favourite of the PC girls.
I don't like River either but the pink PC guy is somehow a lot nicer than him. Go figure!
I am sure I have forgotten to mention some dolls. Well, does not matter!😉
Oh yes, I forgot to say I really don't like the twins' outfits. I think their dresses look awful.

I think a lot of the ones that bomb are exquisite BASE dolls, they just need a more complimentary outfit. I was a die hard MH fan, still am, but I've actually been buying Rainbow and Shadow High girls because they're stunning complete, OR they'll BE stunning when I redress them. 👍
I’m surprised about the Olivia rodrigo Mila thing because I don’t think she looks anything like her. She is my favorite from that line because she looks like a medieval punk queen 😊 I love medieval stuff so that’s why she is my favorite from this line.

I think I just kind of feel bad when I know a character has been received well and I'm not a fan 😅 Like I know my ranking will disappoint a lot of folks. also just when a doll's base is so pretty but I don't like the clothes I feel bad ranking them low, as though I'm offending the doll itself haha. I resisted getting any RH dolls for so long but eventually I succumbed and got Daria Roslyn because I saw her on sale and I really liked her colours. I find a lot of the clothes choices questionable - they seem to dress much older than they are meant to be and some of them in clothes which I could not imagine that many young women even wanting to wear because they look so old and unfashionable. I also find some of the fit of the clothes on the dolls to be quite bad. Like you mentioned, the base dolls are lovely but sometimes that just isn't enough to make me want to get them. I have gotten a small collection of RH dolls since I first got Daria and I really enjoy them but I feel no compulsion to get every single one of them.
I definitely could never complete the collection! There's too many that I just don't care for as much haha. Definitely quality/fit issues, very varying styles too. I honestly always forget that they are meant to be in high school because some do look more mature 😅

Borderline ugh: Coco (clothes: Srry it looks like a someone made a dress out of football shoes), Karma (color waaay too harsh for me I hate lime yellow green), Stella, Jade (I like the character but not her base clothes)

As someone who isn't a fan of RH at all, I would honestly put 99.9% of the dolls in overhyped 😂😂 They really just don't appeal to me for some reason, but as always, that's not a problem! Just means I have more money to spend on dolls that do appeal to me 🤣
Honestly, I feel the same way about Rainbow High. Yes, I can tell these dolls have great quality and are well designed, but they just feel so bland to me. I feel I'm just a fan of more concept theme dolls such as monsters, aliens, etc.
To be fair they probably are overhyped 😂 I can't really put my finger on why I like them so much and this is definitely a biased ranking lol

Karma is one of my favorite, if not my favorite RH doll of all time. People really hate on her, and her midi skirt… but I don’t see it, she’s fucking stunning.

I love Karma too. Unfortunately, mine has a bad body defect. I hope I will find another one without issue at some stage.

I collect Shadow High but two Rainbow High dolls I love are Emi Vanda and Delilah. I love hoodies. I don't mind the bag on it. But I like Moschino and their fun designs

I love green haired dolls and when I saw that one was coming out with emerald colors I was excited. Bit I just hate her outfits. It's not my style and it's just such a disappointment for me because she has my favorite hair color and I love the representation of her skin tone and vitiligo but I would never buy her because her clothes really put me off.
Maybe secondhand someday so you can redress her? It is hard with RH that if you don't like the color it's very hard to like the doll 😅 Or even better maybe they'll do more vitiligo rep with a different color!
