If a person is deported the ruling states they cannot gain admittance for 10 years. Seeing how the person entered the country illegally, committed crimes and was imprisoned before deportation and then gained entry illegally again there should be no question about his being deported being the correct decision. Regarding a marriage between the deportee and a person who has the right to stay further investigation needs to take place. How did the marriage take place when the deportee had no right to remain and would not have the necessary documents to give notice of marriage. . Marriages can only take place if legal notice of marriage is first given at a Register Office or banns are read in the case of a Church of England that being the case what documents. Has the validity of this marriage been investigated and has the the General Register Office a record of the marriage.
