Unless you only took it in a field or on a lake. It would be very heavy and suck on trails and slow in the water by design. There is quite a bit to fabricating a vehicle like you speak of, to start with because it has tracks and not tires.
Good price! $1800. Here in Canada they are $5200 + taxes and only 13 HP. single track.

jenky1044 pontoon on each side. Streamlined at the front. Small out board for deeper water
