The new grapple is more of like a land near the person and then slide into shooting them, whereas the spiderman was more land directly on them and start shooting. The new grapple is still good, just different
I agree the grapple gloves are easy you just gotta use them with the slide. Land and slide into a pump then smg spray that's how I be hitting 30 kill games now ez.
fr thats why it a hard choice for me to either use the shocks or the gloves, cause you gotta land near the enemies to do a little play so you dont get rekt if you land right on top of them...other than the shocks you can use them as landing on top of them....its just runing out fast with them when i see gloves more than 6 shocks

Th grapple glove is awesome, just wish it had more ammo. And in my opinion, the buzz saw launcher is the worst item in the game

It's v situational but sometimes it is a god at breaking cover, and if you're in the pine fields shit can do like 200 damage

When you use it you have to slide every time you have to land so it doesn’t reset and if you use right click when swinging you pull yourself in like the baller and go faster just not using it correctly
True, this item is pretty awesome when you're not ass at the mechanics.
In my opinion the grapple glove is good. Yes I have some flaws about it like I wish it had more then 30 charges maybe like 50 or something. I also wish you could shoot while using it instead of having to wait till you land to shoot. Other then that it's still good for mobility
That would be dope, as it could give the person using it an advantage in mid-air and take enemies by surprise with it.
Would be great if only pistols could be used with it as the other weapons all require 2 hands. Maybe allow you to throw grenades whilst swinging too. Fortnite needs some more synergy between items in my opinion.
So much stuff never gets used because the meta is AUG, Pump, SMG, Shocks & sheilds.

I think we all need to realize that because of the Spider-Man mythic, the grappler isn’t as incredible as it would be if we had never had the Spider-Man one, even though it is an incredible mobility item, it just doesn’t compare to the mythic.

The grapple glove is amazing for mobility it's just more balanced then the spider man gloves because you can't just drop directly onto someone and shoot them as you land . And if someone says they are bad for mobility it just sounds like they are bad at using the grapple glove and are blaming their failure on the item

My biggest issue is that I’ve noticed that I don’t even need to get shot for the thing to let go of the line I’ve been just shot at and it kills the hook and I’ll fall, it’s fun for the movement but I’ll be staying with shocks only really grapple if I can’t find shocks

the initial speed for the grapple glove is weird and not being able to shoot is awful
In my opinion it the two shot, it’s like a primal shotgun but the fire rate is slower, shoots 2 vs 3 shots at once, has a smaller magazine (both have four burst), and slightly better range.
The grapple is good for builds because when I have cool-down I can box up and wait but no builds I would use two shockwaves over 30 charges

definitely not the worst item, i grab one in the first minute of every single game and always make sure i carry, land in front of them, and slide, they cant hit you and you destroy them, never, i repeat, never land right in front of them

I think the worst is a tie between the two shot shotgun or buzzsaw launcher.
My favorites this season:
Favorite AR: Striker burst rifle
Favorite Shotgun: Striker pump Shotgun
Favorite SMG: Combat SMG
My worst this season:
Worst AR: Ranger assult rifle
Worst Shotgun: two-shot shotgun (I suck WITH this weapon so i really hate it)
Worst SMG: Stinger SMG (Theres Only 2 smgs in this season but i like the Stinger, but the Combat SMG is better)
Stinger SMG has less recoil, so easier to hit shots.
The grappler is basically better than the spider man gloves in every way it felt awkward to swing with the spider man and it was clunky and you got yourself stuck behind walls way too much in my opinion the grappler is better in “ almost “ every way.
Bro grapple is insane how does 6 shockwaves provide more mobility than 30 grapple shots
Its more usefulness. Shockwaving has different uses despite being faster and having more situations for use and you can straight up win a game with a well placed shockwave. A stack of six will always outrank a grapple for me.

Lol Yeah first day it came out on that grapple glove. I stared at it and groaned. I think I was new to the game too. I still hate it. (Use to play CoD long long time ago) I just enjoy playing with my friends and sometimes souping up a car or vehicle and hitting someone with a cow catcher with big tires. My friend and I laugh so hard. I'm just having fun playing. Don't care if I lose or win just having fun.
