Nice decklist, just a couple of notes and suggestions: -Swapfrogs send-effect works on summon, not only on special -as many pointed out already: mistar boy cant boost paleos, but thats an easy thing to overlook -some worthwhile addition would be: -3 Marella to get your grave loaded and possably set up things like lost wind -breakthrough skill, effect negation that can be set up by marella -absolute king back jack, pretty much searches any normal trap you would want -rise to full hight, enables you to dupe-lock with it in the grave + a toad on the board but thats just how i run this deck, keep it up!
Only thing to remember is that Mistarr Boy cannot boost the power of Paleozoics! They’re all uneffected by all monster effects, so they don’t get the 500 boost, but everything else does! It’s a pretty solid card, but probably always a 1 of. Great profile! Been playing Paleo for a few years now
I just took my Paleozoic frog deck apart last night cause I wasn’t happy with it. Of course you’d upload a profile the very next day to make me rebuild it lol
Trap deck or not, Reckless Greed is not good in modern Yugioh. It is way too slow on the play and on the draw it may as well be a dead card. I rather see the deck trim the 3 Reckless Greeds, and +3 Torrential Tribute (or 2 and keep the deck at 40, better chance at drawing Swap Frog). Torrential tends to net card advantage and doesn't have the severe drawback Greed does.
I would cut compulse and prison to 2 to add the third lost wind and breakthrough skill and id add at least 1 almiraj for the frogs cause your always gonna brick with 1 of them in hand if you go first at least and you open with dupe you can get the search for the next turn
Still running Paleozoics today I replaced toads with swift scarecrow and battle fader it’s still just as strong with the pure version with armored kappa to skip opponents turn and pop off
Hey DAD, I would like to request a Deck Profile. Could you potentially make a Kozmo and Jinzo combination Deck? I think those 2 archetypes can work really well together and I think you can make the deck the best it can be!
What about draw cards like Desires or card of Demise? And a card like Dark World Dealings helps the deck to draw AND to get some traps in the GY to reborn them. And what about foolish burial goods? This card should be a two of in this Deck to send some paleo traps in the GY to reborn. Paleo frog is slow, cuz it's a trapdeck. So you have to speed it up with some support cards. And you have to prepare your graveyard a bit.... just rebuild your Deck...
The deck is fine as is. If you want to play desire you can by dropping lost wind and playing it at 2 you can also add in goods by dropping out 3 judgements.
Goods is horrible because Paleo already has it in the form of Marella and Needlebug Nest. Both are traps so paleos can chain off them, and marella is a paleo so it puts 2 high value cards in the GY instead of one if you played Goods. Dark Worl Dealings sucks because this deck already has issues getting Pluses so anything that hurts that goal isn't ideal. Again, Needlebug Nest achieves this better than Dark World Dealings. Kind of annoying when someone is acting pretentious and smug about another dudes deck list when your suggestions are all so, so bad; and it's not even MY deck lmao.
I absolutely love normal pendulums. Have a pet deck with 20+ normal pends, 3 heart of the underdog, 1 infinite cards, 3 igknight reload, a Raigeki and Feather Duster (my staples) and finally a single Slifer. Because of Heart of the underdog I've had a game where I had 20 cards in my hand! You can also make room and remove infinite cards and Slifer and just add Exodia
@@DarkArmedDuelist Yeah makes sense, Imperm can be replaced, but it will automatically be a downgrade for the deck if you go second. Accesscode is not that necessary etc. You can make it budget
I'm VERY sorry to tell you, but Konami executed this Deck by banning Ronintoadin. As a fellow Paleozoic-Frog Player my Heart was broken.... And because Substitoad was unbanned, It's obvious, Ronintoadin won't come back without a "Disc Commander Errata" a.k.a 'Once per Duel + hard restrictions.....
Screw the frog part show us phantasm spiral paleo lol. Or a true frogzoic beat down with wetlands and skill drain lol. But on a serious note, card of demise bro. 1 spell.
This is generally a bad idea from the RUclipsrs perspective because it hurts viewer retention, which RUclips values really highly in its algorithm. If you JUST want the list, watch in 2x speed and mute the video, plus skipping in 5-10 second intervals when appropriate. It won't take long.
