well, in top "sports" dressage this is the best i've seen so far! the horse is a bit on the forehand on the piaffe and remains slightly behind the vertical for a good part of the work but apart from that i really think it was very good!
@freemanmgd sii cierto, aparte Salinero es un ejemplar demaciado fuerte y dificil, definiendo a el caballo ideal de adiestramiento, salinero y anky son un claro ejemplo de hacia donde el adiestramiento no se deberia de dirigir. lastima que las personas que usan los methodos mas feos son los que mejores puntuajes sacan, isabella werth, edward gall, anky van .. etc
Isabell Werth ist eine der besten reiterinnen der welt und ich glaub als außenstehende kann man gar nich bewerten WIE toll sie reitet. satchmo ist nicht ein einziges mal zu eng im hals in dieser prüfung.

De hecho ya se han realizado estudios y hasta sacaron al mercado un documental demostrando estudios hechos y comprobados sobre los efectos negativos y positivos de el rollkur, cuando ejecutado correctamente los resultados de este lucen hermosos, como un movimiento exagerado de la parte de adelante, pero los efectos negativos superan a los buenos. tambien es bueno usar la razon de que no por nada penalizan por tener a un caballo detras de la vertical en un examen de adiestramiento.
"If Horses Could Speak" with Dr Gerd Heuschmann creo que originalmente esta en aleman, y tiene subtitulos en ingles,viene bastante completo. Tambien hay un libro que se llama Tug of War classical vs. modern dressage escrito por Gert Heuschmann, un veterinario muy reconocido que presto de sus estudios y conocimiento para poder crear ese documental y author de tan buen libro. Busca hay videos sobre el dvd en youtube espero y esto ayude
¿En serio hay un documental que habla de estudios serios al respecto? ¡Es interesantísimo!. ¿Serías tan amble de mencionar el título o el autor, y si es posible quién lo edita o distribuye? Llevo tiempo buscando información al respecto y no he encontrado estudios dignos de mención. Te agradecería mucho esa información, ya que de camino tendría argumentos para cerrar alguna que otra "ilustrada" boca.
Las opiniones pueden variar sobre su técnica, pero lo cierto es que Werth castiga menos con hiperflexión al caballo que Van Grunsven. En eso no hay más que ver montar a ambas para zanjar la discusión.
when you get to the FEI levels you don't post at all...that's why she's not "posting correctly." and there's no medium trot it's all extended trot in the FEI levels...sorry, just had to clarify that...I really don't mean to sound like a know-it-all so please don't think of me as one.
Para ser sincero, el método de la escuela alemana me gusta mucho más y lo considero menos agresivo y perjudicial que el método holandés y su hiperflexión. Pero también es cierto, que no hay estudios realmente serios y concluyentes hacia los efectos fisiológicos reales del "Rollkur", y bajo mi opinión, ya es hora de tomar cartas en el asunto por parte del FEI de forma seria, y si se tiene que penalizar duramente, que así se haga, pero con una base sólida sobre la que argumentar.
i don't know much about dressage but she looked like she was bouncing a whole lot and in the walk she looked like she was "pumping" too much with her seat but i'm a hunt seat rider so what do i know ;) gorgeous horse though!
she isn't posting correctly...she is bouncing in the saddle too much and I bet the judges are having a hard time distinguishing her collected trot from her medium trot. She needs to work on her appuyements and flyinh changes, there's too much leg and neck in both. Well done Satchmo, though.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, kelpie7girl, then you musn't understand the art of dressage very well. I'm a Prix St George rider so I'd "shhhhh" if I were you.
