Ordered on on Amazon. Had an apple but so tired of its terrible battery life. All I NEED is to tell time and be able to have nearly a dozen alarms on it. The rest is just gravy. So for 57 dollars, I hope I found what I want, it supposedly goes near 2 weeks per charge too.
Could you please tell me if when you set "Event Reminders" they still show in the phone display in full (say 5-6 word text reminder) even when Bluetooth connection is off between phone and Amazfit? I'm looking to see if I can set reminders while the Amazfit is Bluetooth connected to phone and then show at later stages when disconnected from the phone. Thank you.
hello not an expert but you could look up for smth like amazfit gts 3 or gtr 3 if you prefer the round design. but honestly if i were you i'd consider getting a used/refurbished apple watch s 3 if you're an iphone user or galaxy watch 4 respectively, they are a bit outdated and battery life is not the best but still they have somewhat better health measurement and sleeker design

I just bought one then I realized that when I’m using the countdown timer, the countdown timer will be on the watch face until the countdown timer is ended. That means I can’t use the watch until the countdown timer ended. If I countdown 5 hrs I can’t use for 5 hours. And the official store told me it is being designed in this way. Funny right ? Smartwatch become a $2 countdown clock.

You cannot make calls with this watch. I believe it will give you notifications that you have a phone call or a text. You are unable to respond to a text.
Glad to see a new BIP. My OG BIP bought in 2019 is still going great but sadly battery life is decreasing, which is normal. Does the new bip support quick replies?
it's good to know that your BIP is from 2019 and still working great i have been through 2 Fitbit versa 3 in that time frame with no help or reimbursement from Fitbit. I have only owned Fitbits been through 6 of them, within 2 years they die (very expensive) I'm addicted to my tracker. I will be giving this one a try, I will never buy another fitbit.
Unfortunately, I lost my Amazfit Bip (the OG). And sadly, i haven't found any smartwatch that could replace it. The convenience of that Always-on transflective display and the 45+ days battery life was just something else! I was hopeful with the Amazfit Ares, but it was sold only in limited markets. I keep hoping they'd come up with a better and improved transflective display smartwatch. Got any suggestions, anyone?🙏🥺🥺 I guess i hv to settle with AMOLED AOD only. Tsk tsk

Non-AMOLED screens should stop being used, I think. I hate them all, and for something that's constantly visible on my wrist, and is being used outdoors... Only AMOLED/OLED/P-OLED/etc. is acceptable to me.

The main advantage of Bip watches always was the transreflective screen. Now with the usual LCD screen they are not interesting anymore.

It seems the screen is not like the previous bip that is always visible even under strong sunlight. (I'm not referring to always-on display)
How accurate is the step counter? I used amazfit 2 mini and it was very high inaccurate in counting steps more than 300 steps diff from my mi 4 band.
Quite cheap for all these functions. It doesn't have oled for that price but this lcd seems nice

BIP series don't have internal storage for music, only control the music played on the phone.
