Nobody is watching? Some of us don’t miss an episode. Even if I had a stroke Friday afternoon, here we are watching today. I love some space news from my favorite space reporter. Also Merry Christmas and let look forward to a very very happy new year!!!
please check your audio channels for your videos, they seem to constantly drop right channel audio which mono is usually only recorded on left channel and needs to be mirrored for sterio playback.
Merry Christmas, Ellie. Viewership and popularity do not define your work, but it is a nice crown when you can get it. Enjoy your time off and I’m sure your viewers will return when we’re less distracted.
her audio track switches from one channel to another (left, right, center) as she shifts from one setting or perspective to another. I believe it's intentional, but many of us find it distracting. Knowing that it's an intentional "sonic scene shift," do you think it's helpful, or annoying, or not an issue either way?
Thank you for all your hard work and keeping us informed. I was attached to Naval Network and Space Operations Command just as we turned the Space Mission over to the Airforce, and what is now Space Force. I retired from the Navy in '05 and now live in South Texas and have been to Boca Chica several times to see Starbase. I know most of what they do is classified, but can you maybe do a portion of your space updates on Space Force and any public developments happening there? Again, thanks for all you do.
Love coming to watch this channel, Got the lady that's easy on the eyes putting in the hard work traveling, interviewing, and looking into the information. Great job all around!
Thanks Ellie for keeping us up to date, no matter when or where things are at with your schedule and/or plans!!! You're such a trooper! Also, I love your realism as a reporter and your sense of humor! It just makes watching your reports all the more enjoyable! Happy holidays!!!
I actually have more time in the holidays to watch RUclips. Remember to record in mono (or convert microphone recording track to mono), and listens to your final/completed video with a stereo headset before uploading. Then you would have noticed that most of the speech is only in the left ear.
Thanks Ellie for the updates. I much however beg you (editor?) to get audio correct, it's not the first time your recorded audio is only heard in the left channel. In this episode it varied, some new clips was in both channels. Listening with headphones and only getting in one channel is less than ideal.
Merry Christmas Ellie and have a Happy New year-and thank you for all your wonderful videos-I have enjoyed each and every one of them. Now getting back to Jared Isaacman becoming the new NASA administrator-if he cannot fire these government employees then do as the military does-reassign them to out of the way places lol :)
We are not nearly ready to go to Mars. We havent even left LEO since Apollo. There's a million details to work out. Starship is a very early prototype that might work someday, but the jury is still out.
Crewed to Mars is not ready but uncrewed starship ought to be sent. There are two launch windows nov-dec 2026 and dec-jan 2028/2029 so just end of his expected presidency.
You are wrong, we can go to marss already with falcon. Elons dont want to just go there but make there civilisation on marss. I think #3 would be a problem. Ames and Goddard are in places with a lot of engineering talent. Having NASA in those regions can take advantage of that talent that will not just move to a new place.
I think that besides punishing states that didn't vote for Trump consolidating centers is a way to get people to quit. I worked at NASA for over 30 years believe me giving MSFC ( largely responsible for the SLS sinkhole) more power is not the way to change NASA culture.
@@KevinBreisacher Not about political punishment. California is a hostile place to do business. California was once an aerospace powerhouse.
