I think you're the only one I've seen on RUclips who used it the right way. Others use it in between the ball and that's basically the same thing as the cylinder wand. The way you did it gives it texture and dimension and I'm glad that I saw this because I want to get one now :) thanks Judy! I love the messy curls

Its her first impression, is it really that shocking she may have "done it wrong"? If its that easy to mistake the instructions then it clearly isn't a massively great product.
It's not so much about the instructions as it is that it's a bit tough to get used to.
Personally, I'd never used a clipless iron til I bought this one last night. The first time I tried it, it turned out cute, but not perfect. I tried it again this morning and it looks absolutely awesome! (Nothing like how hers turned out.) I figure the more practice I get, the better I'll get at it.
Also a lot of it has to do with hair type and how much you pull it out. My hair does beachy waves on its own with a bit of spray, so I don't waste time with heat products unless I actually want soft curls. I don't pull out my curls that much and it looks very different!
You're supposed to wrap your hair inside the pearls for tighter curls or wrap them only on the pearls for beachy waves o: i love her reaction "this looks like an adult toy o-o"
You are so it looks like but beads I would use the other word.

i actually saw your hair in the vlog. i like the hair when you first curl it but i think i liked it the best after a few hours when the curls kind of settled down and loosened up. thanks for the video!
I have this wand and it takes a while to get used to it, the hair is supposed to be in the gaps and use small sections. If you want tight curls wrap it tightly and leave it longer, if you want softer curls leave it for a shorter amount I time. It's a great product you jut have to figure out how it works with your likings :)

I love the way the your curls turned out! It's more like the natural wavy/curly hair some people have instead of the usual spirals you get from normal curling irons. Very pretty :-).

I just got this and I love it! It's very versatile. You can do a style like she did, loose waves/curls, and defined wavy loose curls. It's really cool. I think it's kind of fun to do my hair with it haha
