Review of the Cheapest Power Rack and Bench on Amazon (Fitness Reality 810XLT Super Max Power Cage)

Here is my detailed review of the Fitness Reality 810XLT Super Max Power Cage and the Fitness Reality 1000 Super Max Bench. Obviously I wasn't paid to do this so I don't have any affiliate links, but I hope this video helped you decide if this rack is worth adding to your home gym.

If you turn the pins around you can use the rack for squats in front of the mirror and at the same time use the safety mechanism.

As for the pins... You can grab the bar from outside the cage with the pins facing in and walk into it to squat..

Probably no cables for me, Im happy with a set of adjustable dumbbells. I use the cap 7 ft Olympic barbell that i got at canadian tire

I got it from a place called fitness box! it was $2/lb but they had free same day delivery so that did it for me

Thanks bro, so $1000 for the cheapest setup you can build. I've been looking at this, which seems to be reasonable. Comparing to expensive professional name brands such as Rogue or Titan, which cost $1000 just for the power cage.
