For that last case where the cage hits both wheels flat-side first and doesn't want to turn in, have you tried spinning one wheel faster than the other? That trick worked with loose balls in 2020. Don't know if it would work with a solid cage though.
This is a great suggestion for testing, thanks for that. We have not tested it yet because we want to test this prototype with a Stainless Steel CAGE first to see how it behaves. The CAGE is ready today so we expect to do some extra testing tonight. We will also test the use case suggested with spinning the wheels at different RPMs.
