  • In this short video I will teach you another great stitch to use for baby blankets, scarfs, shawls, you name it. I am working a small sample for the sake of saving time. You can make this as wide and tall as you like. Just follow the instructions and you will be on your way. This stitch is especially cute for baby blankets. Another one to add to your list of go to for blankets. Thank you Zee for requesting this. I hope you enjoy it.

    Thank you so much! I have been searching for this pattern to make a prayer shawl. The pattern is so different from many shawls I have seen. It is lovely and will be nice and warm. Also thank you for showing the stitches and explaining them so clearly. ☺️

    I always enjoy your tutorials and see things I haven't seen before, but this time not so much...my nursing co-worker showed me this pattern a few months ago, and I just finished a blanket for our soon to be grandson. I added a frill, and will put blue ribbons at the join of the frill to the blanket. its just a small lap blanket, but boy, did it grow quickly.

    Hi ms yolanda, thanks for sharing. I saw this other lady do this type of stitch. The way she did it was way different. I kinda got it. but, the way you explained it, made alot more sense. I cant remember the ladies name, but if you type in crazy afghan stitch or something like that it will come up. (this time yours came up first). now i know how to do it if i want to make a blanket or table runner etc. Thank you for u time in sharing. I love your tutorials english and spanish. Hugs from west tx

    So, I followed your pattern exactly, except I made a foundation chain off 99 + 1, so 100 and my shells look so good but they are triangles! Is that how its supposed to look? I alternated between two colors and it looks like a bunch of staggered triangles, I love it. I can't tell if its correct because using 2 vs 1 color seems to change the look dramatically. But I'm gonna keep going because it's so nice looking!

    • @yolandasotolopez
      @yolandasotolopez  5 лет назад +1

      well, they are slanted shells so they learn over, so yeah, I could see they would look like a triangle. All that matters is that you like them. : )
