So glad I could help. I still use this set on a daily basis. It's great for quick dicing of my veggies. I'm horrible with a knife, so this is a much safer alternative. Just be REAL careful about the blades. They didn't mess around with sharpening those blades.
I just got one of these about a week ago for help chopping veggies for canning. As I was watching your video I thought this would be great for dehydrating veggies too. I doubt if I would use the spiralizer.
I've had this set for awhile now and can confidently say I haven't used the spiralizer except for this video. I primarily use the larger dicer for cutting onions.
