One person can make a difference ,look at all those different slaves like Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass. God even turned the hearts of some of the enemies to help slaves.God did not help the Israelites until they made the first step into that red sea, then he parted it for them. That’s the mentality you must have.

    • @jdizzy5076

@sharionclinkscale1514 was it the stories that grandma and grandpa used to tell about how things were back in their and we ignored it or didn't want to hear it. That actually was the human history book being open. The older elders for some reason, didn't want to talk about the past. Mostly because it wasn't good. And that's where we lose by not having them share knowledge. Or lose by not listening to the ones who do talk. When they are gone, so is a part of history that will never be in a book. 😔

@@jdizzy5076 I understand what you are saying but growing up in my life children were to be seen and not heard; this is where very little history was learned but men were always on the sean to block the rate at G version; with that said we never learned much but we needed a man for sure in our adult lives

@@jdizzy5076Reading about the horrifying destruction of Greenwood and Black Wall Street during the Tulsa "Race Riot/Massacre", I understand why nobody wanted to talk about it. I would be afraid I would break into tears if I tried to tell the young ones, when I wanted them to be strong and proud. Or maybe I wouldn't want to think of that nightmare, ever again.

Many young men don't think about the history of our people as something to look back at because they are told to forget about the past they don't understand that we are still in the land of our captivity. They look to gain wealth this reality to them is overcoming poverty and affliction and is looked at as a source of power. Sort of like chasing the dragon leaving the past behind believing that money solves the whole problem but it can never erase our history which is American history.

History is important, so we don’t repeat it or succumb to it due to a lack of remembrance. That’s why we have BHM. ❤

And don't ever doubt for one second the owners and designers didn't collaborate. Too many people wear symbols that they know nothing about. I have claimed Christianity since the early 80s and never once felt comfortable wearing a cross. I've only ever worn a gold Nefertiti.

If the NFL cared, they would call that team owner to change that symbol, based on its violent history, that it represents. If NASCAR, could do a very Great thing and retire the Confederate flag from appearing at its auto car events, then the NFL could ask that particular team's owner to retire this symbol, because of the history, it represents.
