    Sometime when you incubate a whole clutch you should try and stuff the shells with cotton balls after hatch and preserve the nest as a display for education in your zoo.

      The cotton may mold if they don’t clean the eggs well enough. Resin or inorganic materials may work better.

    Can we pause for a moment and just be amazed how Emily and Ed were able to take care/bred reptiles, create a store/zoo, run it, and still run their channel so efficiently.

(On the channel they mostly just talk about expos and online orders, not so much about pet stores.) I know there is a range of quality in both categories- I imagine there's a considerable difference between chain stores and local shops, for example- but which is generally better?

      They are gorgeous ❤️ and may become pretty docile while growing up:) I saw a snake breader at an expo, he was walking around with his blue beauty on his neck like the whole day and the snake was nice and calm. I love beauty rat snakes 😍

      Right? I had rat snakes, ball pythons, and Burmese pythons as a kid. The ball pythons will always be my favorite, they’re like the puppies of the snake world. I liked my rat snakes, but there wasn’t anything special about them. Lately I’ve been considering getting another snake as an adult because we didn’t have ball python morphs when I was a kid, and they’re so freaking beautiful. But I’ve never seen a blue beauty until JUST NOW, and I might be a little obsessed with them!

    I just want to say that this is my favorite time of year with babies!!!! Next the difference with Emily and Ed and how well they take care of each animal and the babies and how excited and careful they are!!!!! A lot of other snake breeders should take note. I sometimes feel so bad for their animals they just hurry through without taking time to be excited for the new life that was created then just put them in a container with nothing for enrichment for their animals...just all about the money for them.

    The fist thing most babies feel is the soft gentle though of there mother. Not reptiles. Especially captive ones. The fist thing they feel is " POKE"

    I don't know if anyone else suggested this but maybe next time you have a clutch of blue beauties and actually seperate the eggs, you could cut a slit where the babies head is, because that one baby might just couldn't get his head to the slit.

    I just want to say that I love watching this channel grow and upload so many eggs hatching. You have given me so much knowledge on snakes and I’m happy to say that because of your videos it has given me the confidence to know how to take care of my very first snake properly.     Ive been watching for such a while now, seeing the progress with the shop/zoo, watching all these changes and gorgeous new babies, its so inspiring and brings a lot of joy!     ive been watching your channel for i think about two years now and ive always wanted a reptile ever since i was little, and im finally getting my first one next month for my birthday!!!! it will be a bearded dragon and im going to call it, the gongoozler or gongoo for short. im so exited!!!! thats for educating me so much about reptiles and inspiring me to get one of my own

    I absolutely adore this species!! I have a corn, Mouse, my first snake I picked up last year as a tiny baby snake and he or she is thriving!! I don't feel ready to take on this species yet but maybe in future years, for now i am happy to watch you with yours, great video, thankyou for sharing!! 🖤🕷
