Hey Joey - when you were reviewing the ground beef and lentil ground beef bowl, you mentioned that you added Flavour God seasoning but when you were cooking the beef mixture, the video didn't show it. What kind of Flavor God seasoning did you use?
Not sure how much you work out but I'm 280 trying to lose weight and the scale isn't moving at 1800-2k calories and working out 5 days a week. Idk how you lose weight at 2200. Help!
Starting with test would make huge differences. I don’t like needles either but doing it in the SubQ is soooo easy. Painless. I would start there before doing anything hardcore. Even before the var that you did last year
If you don't hit your daily goal of protein what is the least that you should be getting? Im honesty so full from eating protein I cannot hit my daily goal most days.
