Loosing Speraw's scouting will be massive in regards to being able to stop a young setter(who could probly be schemed apart), without that UCLA is going to loose that advantage and just straight up outplay LBSU.
I think Speraw's effect will be felt this season. Not sure how you gameplan for the creativity that Nikolov has, but I am sure Hawks will dial something up with these vets to get them ready to go when the time comes.
I would like to point out UCLA has a 4- Peate on record under the legendary Al Scates. I'm not joking, just look up "NCAA mens volleyball championship winners throughout history".
Can Coop/Ido lead the offense for this team and be consistent? Who will bring that leadership quality and maturity that Champlin/Mchenry/Knight had? etc
I think Rowan's going to be the one to lead the offense, as he's done over the past two seasons with great leadership. I think UCLA is too balanced to need for anyone to be a hero. David, Robinson, Rama, Thorne, Diallo, Kelly, etc. They have a lot of weapons to utilize.
UCLA's gonna 3-peat and win their 22nd national championship in men's volleyball. Nikolov's arrival will make them hungrier than ever to defend the crown. LBSU's coach will also help UCLA win by making questionnable decisions again.
Yes! Great video. LBSU: 45%. UCLA: 40%. Everybody else: 15%. If they had kept Speraw or McHenry, they would 3-peat. Their 2nd middle (Wong-Diallo or McQuiggan) will be a bit inexperienced.
@@BossPunkGaming I promise you Nolan Flexon’s serve receive and defense has increased ten fold, you don’t play for the national team without your all around game going up drastically. Uc Irvine is gonna go crazy this year I promise.
I think they're a little young, compared to some of the other power schools. Losing Pasteur and Wright will definitely hurt and be felt this year. But I think they are still in control of their conference most likely.
@@mitchsterkenburg look at where we were before Hakas went down we had just beaten Irvine near the last point when he went down. I think we were in first place at that point. then without our go-to pin, best passing pin, best blocking pin an best serving pin we went downhill.
I'm calling it hear, LB wins the chip (no simeon glaze I swear)
they were already close
Good call
i would agree (simeon glaze)
lost towrie an godbold. towrie was dominant

so their first 3-peat since 1983. Good to know.
They have a 3 peat and a 4 peat. Rocco Luyties set them to 4 straight.
i love this video
omg it’s the 🐐!!

Love it. Gonna be a fun year to watch.
dont forget abt uc irvine
Hilir Henno is going to keep them in the mix for sure.
@@mitchsterkenburg Henno, Nolan Flexon, Maxim gregoriev, William Darcy. Most dynamic middles….. I feel like there are going crazy this year

@ i hope so he was a beast hitter last year but would get subbed for passing so if he fixed it he will thrive
what do you think about Ohio State this year?

trent is a setter, not an opposite
You're right, my mistake on that one mixed it up.
hawaii will win this year...💥💫
Rainbow Warrior resurgence?
