I would like to improve my strength and explosiveness during this offseason...is the 6-week guard workout that USA basketball posted on Google good?
How many lower body strenght i must do in a week for the phase 1
My problem is if I'm doing to much? I do 4 plyometric workout like hops side/front, split squat,Sprinting ,squat jump and then I do my change of direction ball handling and in game basketball moves and then afternoon I do legs but lifting? Am I doing to much?
The question is are you recovering enough? If not, then you're doing too much!
i suggest you do not do plyos and legday in the same day at least split it to 1-2 days rest for ur legs or it would be too much for ur knee
