Kanoh was right based on what he see ohma at that moment because ohma lost his memory and only relies on advance. But when ohma regain his memory and remeber his niko style, his not weak anymore and even on par with raian.

Yeah it is crazy and I think it's like others said, Ohma relied too much on the Advance. Rather than the Niko Style, he had time to develop it during the infiltration event in Kengan Tournament.
